Research On Rural Moral Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

"No country can achieve prosperity without virtue,and no one can stand without virtue.Whether a society is civilized and progressive,and whether a country can maintain long-term political stability depends largely on the moral quality of all members of society.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and put forward higher requirements for citizen morality.How to strengthen citizen's moral construction and generally improve moral quality of citizens,and to achieve a spiritual level of "the most beautiful China"is a critical issue in the process of accomplishing socialist modernized and powerful country,and it is also a extremely difficult and arduous task.More than 40 years of reform and opening up,rural social and economic development,spiritual civilization has achieved remarkable results,the overall level of moral improvement of farmers.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time,which pointed out the direction and requirements for the construction of the new socialist countryside in the new era.Based on this,the study mainly takes Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings,Chinese excellent traditional moral thought,the moral thought of Chinese Communist as the basic theory.Through consulting literature,field investigations,comparative studies,interdisciplinary research and other research methods,on the basis of clarifying the relationship between rural revitalization and rural moral construction,we analyzed the current status of rural moral construction,and summarized the achievements and existing problems of rural moral construction in the past 40 years of reform and opening up with the development of rural social economy.In addition,from the perspective of rural revitalizing strategy background,we proposed suggestions on strengthening rural moral construction from four levels of material security,education and guidance,party building guidance,and improvement of system and mechanism.It is expected that this study can provide certain references for the rural moral construction and the improvement of farmers' moral quality under the background of rural revitalization.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic,combs the relevant literature on moral construction at home and abroad,and determines the research ideas and methods.The second part is the basic concept and theory,this part mainly studies the connotation of rural revitalization and rural moral construction,the basic theory of rural moral construction.The third part is the importance of rural moral construction under the background of rural revitalization,this chapter clarifies the new requirements of rural moral construction,from the four aspects of rural civilization construction,maintaining rural social order,promoting ruraleconomic development,strengthening farmers' awareness of environmental protection the importance of village moral construction.The fourth part is the basic situation of rural moral construction under the background of rural revitalization,this chapter summarizes the achievements of rural moral construction from three aspects: the strength of rural moral construction,the form of rural moral construction,the overall level of rural moral construction,and further analyzes the existing problems and reasons.The fifth part is the basic path of rural moral construction under the background of rural revitalization,this part focuses on the problems and reasons of rural moral construction,it puts forward relevant countermeasures to strengthen rural moral construction from four aspects: material security,education guidance,party building guidance and system guarantee.
