Research On The Countermeasures Of Qingtian County Government To Promote The Employment Of College Students

After the expansion of university enrollment in 1999,employment difficulty of college students gradually emerged.In recent years,due to the unstable environment of global polity and economy,and the increasing number of university graduates in our country,the employment problem and support policies for university students have become the emphases for many domestic scholars.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to the employment of college graduates.Almost every year,they have issued documents to urge all localities to put the employment of college graduates in the first place.If the employment problem of college students is not solved,the national employment goal will not be achieved,nor will it be possible to achieve high-quality employment development.This article takes Qingtian County's employment support for local college students as the research object,looks at the issue of employment support for college students from the perspective of the government,uses literature research methods and questionnaire survey methods to conduct research,focusing on analyzing the current employment status of college students in Qingtian County and targeting college students.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons for the employment difficulties of college students.The reasons for the employment difficulties of college students who return to Qingtian are objectively affected by the insufficient supply of jobs in Qingtian County and the high pressure of competition.The more impact is subjectively the college students themselves,their employment skills are insufficient and many of them only love government agencies and institutions and do not want to work in enterprises.Research shows that Qingtian county governments have various problems in implementing employment support policies for college students,which are mainly manifested in insufficient publicity of employment policies and slow implementation of policies;employment policies themselves are not sufficiently grounded;the role of public employment service agencies is limited;lack financial input,policy innovation,market-oriented ideas to solve the employment of college students and departmental linkage mechanism.Through the information collection,the author found that the county government generally lacks market-oriented solutions in activating the employment of college students,and it is easy to fall into the situation of "divorce oneself from the masses and from reality and act blindly".The author believes that in order to improve the current employment status of college students returning to youth and reduce the number of unemployed college students,the county government should focus on opening up communication lines between enterprises and college students,so that more companies can recruit satisfactory local university graduates.Students can be better integrated into the work of the enterprise,so that college students who have returned to can contribute themselves to enterprises.
