| With the continuous improvement of my country’s social and economic opening to the outside world,internationalization has become an trend in the development of higher education in the world today.In the daily management of going abroad on business in W University,there is an inseparable relationship between the management department of going abroad,personnel,organization,finance and other management departments,secondary colleges,provincial and municipal foreign affairs offices.In this context of huge changes in both the external environment and the internal environment existing business process management is no longer adapt to the new environment and new changes,so it is necessary to the business process reengineering theory as guidance,constantly optimize go abroad(boundary)to work on business processes,improve management level and quality of service abroad.The main research of this thesis is how to use Internet information technology in the management work of W University to go abroad(border)on business under the background of increasing foreign exchanges.The goal of running more,allowing people to run errands less,or even errands,provides an important guarantee for W University’s faculty and staff to "go out" to carry out exchanges and cooperation,enhance the level of internationalization of W University and provide strong support for the internationalization of education.The thesis mainly adopts the method of literature review,investigation and research,and chart analysis.By combing the current situation of W University’s overseas(border)process management,combined with the research on the current situation of domestic and foreign process optimization development,the analysis found that the management of overseas(border)business There are a large number of major practical problems such as the large number of delegations and people visiting on business,cumbersome and complicated handling procedures,many departments involved,low informatization and electronicization,inability to share data,and heavy workload of foreign affairs management departments.We will analyze the causes of these problems.Re-analyze and use the theoretical tools of government process reengineering,and propose how to improve the management of W University’s travel abroad on business by optimizing key business processes such as "plan management","task approval","passport processing",and "visa application" Efficiency and management level,and finally realize the "one-stop service" and "collaborative service" of overseas(border)management on business. |
