Exploration On The Construction Of Social Capital Of Minor Children Of Severely Disabled People

Adolescents are the transitional period of individual development from childhood to adulthood,and a critical period for the development of human body and mind.Youth groups in families with disabilities have insufficient capital for growth,and individuals do not have the ability to develop independently.However,in the current social environment,these groups have not received too much attention from society.They are in a dark area ignored by society.People automatically assume that people with disabilities need more attention and care than normal people,so the focus is on the family.People with disabilities and their caregivers,social welfare and social assistance are also unilaterally inclined to the disabled in the family.Everyone ignores that the children of the disabled are minors who grew up in an unbalanced family system.The degree is low and family education is largely missing.With the increase of age and the improvement of the stage of education,the requirements for family social resources have gradually increased.The lack of family economic capabilities and social support networks limit the development of young people in the family.Under such a social background,underage children in severely disabled families,as a vulnerable group neglected by society,have the responsibility of the state and society to protect their right to survival and development and improve their quality of life according to law.This article takes the group of minor children of severely disabled families as the research object.Through the data collection of this type of research object,it sorts out the existing self-cognition,weakening of family support network,lack of social support and other existing problems faced by minor groups of severely disabled families.Difficulties,and analyze the social capital status of the research targetgroup from the micro,meso and macro level of social capital.At the micro level,such groups generally face the dilemma of weak social capital awareness,resulting in low self-efficacy,heavy family burden,weakening of family networks,and insufficient dynamic contact between relatives,leading to weakening of social support;at the meso level,due to insufficient social interaction,neighbors trust and help Low willingness and weak group interaction in the community lead to insufficient social capital stock;At the macro level,the existing social policies that provide social welfare for the disabled or children are mostly inclusive policies,and the preferential policies are insufficient,and the guarantee of the government and social organizations is relatively low.In addition,this article takes Xiaojie,a minor child in a handicapped family,as an example,starting from the analysis of the existing social capital of the client,according to the general process model of social work case work,guided by the constructive social work method,and guided by Thomas Ford.Based on Brown 's social capital theory,according to the principle of individualization of social work,he formulates a case service plan for his clients.According to the three dimensions of individual-family,community,and social dimensions of social capital,the intervention plan is divided into three stages: early stage,middle stage,and late stage.It provides case clients with case services with a relatively professional social capital construction perspective,and explores social work intervention.Service practice for the growth dilemma of severely disabled families.At the end of the article,combined with the research process and practical experience of this article,the feasibility analysis and experience summary of case work involved in the construction of social capital of minor children of severely disabled persons are called for.The social capital capacity of these groups is to promote the formation of a societywith institutional support and the services of socially-organized children with disabilities to meet the basic rights of life,education and growth.
