Social Organizations Participate In The Research On The Influencing Factors Of Emergency Response In An Orderly Manner

China’s vast territory,densely populated,emergencies including natural disasters are frequent.Emergency relief become a topic of great concern.Under the background of risk society,emergencies become more multiple and complex,and the impact of the emergency is also more profound.Emergency relief by government alone is clearly no longer the reality.The Wenchuan earthquake broke out in 2008,social organizations have play a role of indispensable complement in the process of emergency relief.Since then,the social organizations participate in the Lushan earthquake,Lu Dian earthquake,Jiuzhaigou earthquakes and other sudden disasters,and their importantence in the process of emergency relief is more and more obvious to the public,their role,status and ability is also significant.But social organizations just started the development of in our country,its participate in the process of emergency relief from disorderly to orderly step by step forward.In this paper,the author define the concept of orderly participation from three aspects: information communication,coordination and system construction,and introduce the process of social organizations’ participation in the Wenchuan,Lushan,Ludian and Jiuzhaigou earthquake.Then with the help of Nvivo11---a qualitative analysis software,the author have code of the interview papers and the data,analyse and conclude that the social organizations’ orderly participation in emergency relief is influenced by four dimensions: cognitive factors,information,system and mechanism,and the ability of the social organization,and there are interactions between four kinds of influence factors.In order to better promote the social organization’s orderly participation in the process of emergency relief,the authoe put forward some specific suggestions.
