| In the era of implementing rural revitalization strategies,the connotation of rural governance has been continuously updated and extended.Optimizing various types of rural spaces,innovating rural governance paths and governance capabilities have become important ways to promote the efficient use of rural spaces and promote sustainable rural development.Villages need to be revitalized,and governance of rural public spaces is imminent.Since 2017,Pizhou City has followed the new social governance proposition of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing",regards public space governance as an important entry point to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and through the vigorous development of public space governance,public assets and resources The public,innovate social governance,and promote effective governance in rural areas.This paper attempts to analyze the rural public space governance experience in Pizhou City in the case area,and try to analyze the rural public space governance in promoting rural land scale management,reshaping the spatial ownership relationship,strengthening the rural grassroots organization system,building an effective rural governance mechanism,and promoting rapid rural development The role played by China provides a certain reference experience for the governance of public space,the restructuring of the organizational system,the innovation of the governance system and the sustainable development of the rural areas.The following main conclusions were reached:(1)Combining the research of sociology,political science,architecture and other disciplines on rural public space,this paper believes that rural public space is a material space carrier that can provide a place for the daily production and life of the broad masses,which can be used by villagers for free access and common use Its social communication needs and carry rural folk culture,and the rural public space develops and changes with the development and evolution of the village.Rural public space is an important resource and asset of rural collective economy.It has the characteristics of publicity,accessibility,compoundness and comprehensiveness.According to the different types of carrying activities,it can be divided into six types: living public space,productive public space,political public space,religious public space,Cultural public space,and entertainment public space.(2)Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,rural public spaces have evolved along with changes in social economy.The planned economy stage,the reform and opening up stage,the rapid urbanization stage,and the new urbanization stage have different ways of existence and functional characteristics.Due to the long-term lack of effective development,Pizhou 's rural public space has problems such as single form,space shrinkage,lack of vitality,low utilization efficiency,serious encroachment,and public loss.If effective governance and optimization cannot be obtained,in the future It is easy for rapid decay and degradation to occur in time,which cannot meet the villagers' demands for their production and life,and seriously affects the harmonious development of the village.(3)Public space governance,on the one hand,is an effective way to return people to share space,on the other hand,it is also an effective means to maintain the value of collective assets and resources and increase collective income.Since 2017,Pizhou City has closely followed the theme of rural revitalization.Through the combination of public space governance and village environmental improvement,increasing rural collective income,infrastructure construction,and rural construction,it has gradually formed a superposition effect,continuously releasing development dividends,and obtaining economic development,Comprehensive benefits such as social fairness,political cohesion,cultural heritage,and improvement of the ecological environment have greatly promoted the development and construction of rural society. |
