A Study On The Governance Of Rural Public Space In Pizhou

At present,in rural areas of China,there are certain deficiencies in the management of public space,and many people do not have an awareness of public space and attach relatively little importance to it,resulting in the widespread problem of public space being encroached upon or misused and used illegally in rural areas.In recent years,Jiangsu Province has been practising the management of rural public space,and has achieved certain results and formed experiences that can be promoted.This paper uses the definition of public space and rural public space as the basis,and uses various methods such as internet research and surveys to understand the city of Pizhou,and obtain information on the measures and results of rural public space management.This paper presents the results of the study.This paper presents the content of the improvement of rural public space in Guanghu Town,Pizhou City,and examines the shortcomings and reasons for the town’s improvement measures,in order to study how Pizhou City,Jiangsu Province,can play and improve the capacity of rural public space governance,so as to achieve the common construction,governance and sharing of public space,which can effectively solve the problem of the lack of public space management,and can make the public benefit of rural public space.It can also improve the management of rural public space,thereby clearing up the social climate and achieving social,cultural,political and economic benefits.At the same time,however,research has shown that the current governance of rural public spaces has revealed shortcomings in governance,as well as a lack of interaction and input,and a lack of professionalism,which have affected the effectiveness of the governance of rural public spaces.In response to these shortcomings,it is proposed to improve investment mechanisms and integrate policies and funds;increase manpower investment to address manpower shortages;enhance conceptual recognition and strengthen awareness of governance;strengthen organisational leadership and improve top-level design;consolidate municipal responsibilities and promote governance in an integrated manner;adhere to local conditions and focus on classification and guidance;play a leading role in systems and improve long-term mechanisms;and scientifically monitor and evaluate and optimise adjustment programmes to promote rural public space governance.The government has also put forward recommendations for the improvement of the governance capacity of rural public space.
