A Study On The Governance Of Rural Public Space In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

China is an ancient agricultural country,a large agricultural country,agricultural civilization has a long history,the Central Document No.1 is focused on agriculture and rural areas for 20 consecutive years.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)creatively put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and made clear the general requirements of“Flourishing industry,livable ecology,rural civilization,effective governance and well-being”,ecological livability has been given high priority.Improving the quality of the human settlements and the governance of public 2021 is also one of the major tasks of document No.1 of the CPC Central Committee.Eco-livable is conducive to improving the level of rural revitalization,but also can promote the well-being of villagers.At present,in the vast rural areas,the importance of public space governance is not enough,“Indoor modernization,dirty outside the house,” the phenomenon of widespread in rural areas.At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it was proposed to“Accelerate the construction of a powerful agricultural country and promote the modernization of agricultural and rural areas”,the planning and design of rural public space governance is particularly important,but also the overall promotion of rural revitalization strategy is an effective grasp.Based on this,this article attempts to focus on the theme of “Governance of rural public space”,and on the basis of clarifying the concept of rural public space,taking Sihong County as a case study,analyze and study the content and present situation of rural public space governance.A survey of the county found that Sihong County’s management of rural public space had achieved good results,people’s enthusiasm had increased significantly,the industrial economy of villages and towns had been accurately promoted,and a co-ordination mechanism had initially been formed,five goals of rural revitalization have been achieved,a rural public space governance system has been constructed,and the quality of rural public space has been improved.But there are also quite a few problems: first,part of the governance of rural public space governance body governance function is missing,village committee governance capacity is inadequate,social organizations can not continue to operate;second,governance object is not comprehensive enough,third,the path of governance is not perfect enough,there is no professional management talents to join in,and there is no technical support of professional management Fourth,the governance capacity is not strong,the lack of scientific overall planning capacity,the quality of law enforcement teams to be improved.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: lack of coordination consciousness of each governing body,unsound governing mechanism,lack of public governing principles,unsound laws and administrative rules,etc..Aiming at these problems and their causes,this paper puts forward a series of policies: to strengthen the cooperation consciousness of the participants,to pay attention to the improvement and upgrading of the governance objects,to enrich the governance paths,and to strengthen the ability of space governance.Based on a study of the governance of rural public space in the context of rural revitalization in Sihong County Province,this paper focuses on the efficient use of assets and resources,and focuses on the recovery of assets and resources and the improvement of rural human settlements,to contribute to the revitalization of Sihong County Sihong County’s rural areas,consolidate the achievements in the governance of public space,make efficient use of public assets and resources,and contribute to the institutionalization and normalization of the governance of rural public space in Sihong County from the perspective of theory and policy recommendations,it is helpful to promote the public awareness and environmental awareness of the masses,so that the masses become a new socialist rural construction practitioners and beneficiaries of the results.At the same time,the research conclusions can also provide reference for the scientific and effective governance of similar problems in relevant regions.
