As the domestic economy and society developed rapidly in recent years,due to the influence of comprehensive factors,the economy is in a gradual downward trend,and the complexity and challenge of public management have been increasing.As the front-line law enforcement officers in the ranks of civil servants,the grass-roots civilian police directly contact the public.The demands of the public for social order and public services have increased,and grassroots police have faced higher work pressures.Theoretical research of scholars at home and abroad shows that the police group is under a lot of work pressure for a long time,which will easily affect the psychological adjustment and work performance,which will cause the development of individual career paths to be blocked for a long time,and even affect the overall public security management level.How to understand the work stress level of the grass-roots police and to effectively improve the pressure situation of the grass-roots police,so as to effectively improve their work performance,is of great significance to the physical and mental health of the police group and social order and stability.This thesis studies the grass-roots police as the target of the study.Based on factors such as personality traits and personal background characteristics,it systematically explores the differences in work pressure and performance of the grass-roots police.relationship.Based on the theoretical analysis,referring to the existing domestic and foreign theoretical research on the work pressure and performance of grass-roots police,focusing on the basic situation of the domestic police group,constructing a theoretical research model and proposing hypotheses.Assumptions mainly cover the differences in personal background characteristics of work pressure and work performance among grass-roots police,the correlation between various dimensions of work pressure and dimensions of work performance,and the attributes of positive and negative pressure sources of work pressure.The research in this thesis mainly uses literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis methods.Based on the concepts of work pressure and work performance,it conducts literature review,constructs research models,puts forward research hypotheses,develops and revises scales,and uses Beijing and Shanghai.And other second-tier and third-tier cities,grassroots police to investigate and study.The questionnaire was distributed by random sampling.The data collection and analysis were conducted on grass-roots police.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Correlation and regression analysis were used to test key research hypotheses.Through the empirical analysis,the research in this thesis shows that the work pressure of grass-roots civilian police significantly influences to the existence of work performance.And the pressure caused by work tasks and organizational management mechanisms will promote work performance to a certain extent,and social and environmental and personal factors bring However,the stress of work will have a depressing effect on work performance.There are different attributes of positive and negative sources of work stress.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper studies the positive and negative effects of the work pressure of grass-roots civilian police on job performance,and proposes corresponding management recommendations.In order to maintain the positive pressure level of the grass-roots police,suppress the negative pressure,properly guide the personality characteristics of the grass-roots police,improve the psychological control and work responsibility,and thereby the performance of work will be improved.The article mainly includes five parts.The first part is introduction,mainly elaborates the background of this thesis proposal and the research mentality and research innovations.The literature review elaborates the definition of variables at home and abroad.The second chapter constructs a research model on the relationship between work pressure and workperformance.The third chapter is the empirical analysis part: Correct the questionnaire design through interviews and surveys,and analyze and summarize the collected data.Chapter 4 summarizes the research conclusions based on the results of empirical analysis of data.Chapter 5 puts forward management recommendations from a practical perspective.
