Public security organs are the main forces of the state's public security administration and criminal justice,the important force to crack down and punish illegal and criminal activities according important departments to safeguard national security,promote economic and social development,and maintain social order.Public security work is a kind of "pressure intensive" work,which has the professional characteristics of high risk,high pressure and high load.All along,the vast number of public security police,especially the grass-roots front-line police work difficult tasks,security stability and sudden pressure,long in tension and anxiety,life disorder,physical and mental exhaustion.If there are no effective measures to mitigate,the results Small will directly affect the level of public safety management,large will affect the operation of the entire police mechanism.Therefore,in order to further study the pressure situation in the process of grass-roots police work,this paper chooses the way of empirical research to analyze the specific situation,hoping to make suggestions for relieving the pressure of grass-roots police through the analysis of the pressure source of grass-roots police.Based on the traditional theory model,individual-environment matching,job requirement-control and cognitive interaction,this paper analyzes the source and current situation of the pressure,organization factor,social factor,life factor and personal factor of the first-line police station of Xuzhou Public Security Bureau by means of questionnaire and individual interview.Five aspects of the grass-roots police work pressure sources analysis.At the same time,in the area of pressure caused by work and organizational factors,seven strategies and suggestions are put forward,such as allocating police force scientifically,reducing the burden of work,implementing preferential treatment for police officers,improving the treatment of police officers,improving the post promotion system,perfecting the assessment system and evaluation mechanism,establishing the mechanism of safeguarding rights,maintaining the police,maintaining the reputation of the police,establishing a psychological counseling room,perfecting the psychological guidance mechanism and strengthening the cultural construction of police camps,and enhancing the sense of belonging of the police;in the area of pressure caused by social factors,the author puts forward seven strategies and suggestions,which are good at using new media,establishing social support system,strengthening the contact between the police andthe people,and making close contact with the masses In terms of stress caused by personal factors,five strategies and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening physical exercise,maintaining healthy physique,correctly understanding self,learning self-regulation,establishing correct values,striving to improve personal ability,strengthening communication and communication,constructing good interpersonal relationship and taking the initiative to assume family responsibility,and creating a harmonious family atmosphere.Through the implementation of the above strategy,it can be constructive to prevent and relieve the pressure of the basic police work of Xuzhou Public Security Bureau.
