The Optimization Of Grass-roots Police Work From The Perspective Of Social Governance

The police work at the grassroots unit is the connection point between the people and the government,and the satisfaction for their work directly affects the people's satisfaction to the government.In this paper,the author apply the data processing methods to find the impact of police satisfaction.According to the influencing factors to the police satisfaction,the author puts forward a series of solutions,and finds an effective way to optimize the police work at the grass-roots unit.As a new idea,social governance has been paid great attention since it was put forward,and the concept of co-governance in social governance has been supported and responded to by people from all walks of life.The combination of social governance and grassroots police work can help the masses to participate in the work of grass-roots police,which can improve the satisfaction of police work in many ways.This paper is divided into four parts,including introduction,the role of grass-roots policing in social governance,the satisfaction of grass-roots policing and the optimization path of grass-roots policing."Introduction" provides the basis of the research by collecting the previous literature;"The role of grass-roots police work in social governance" mainly expounds the core strength of the grass-roots police work in social governance,as well as the administrative functions,public service functions and organizational management functions of the grass-roots police work;"The status quo of the satisfaction of grass-roots policing" is mainly based on data analysis to study personal and social factors that influence the satisfaction of grass-rootspolicing;"The optimization path of grass-roots policing work" mainly apply concept innovation,function optimization and work mode innovation to improve police job satisfaction.
