In the era of rapid economic development, the pressure faced by civil servants at work has gradually increased, and the problem of job burnout in this group has attracted more and more people's attention. In this study, more than 200 questionnaires were issued to investigate and analyze the status of job burnout of public officials in s city and the factors that caused it.In this study, the collected questionnaire data was analyzed and processed by spss processing software.According to the analysis results, among the total 230 samples, the civil servants of s city showed a relatively high level in three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, cynicism and low sense of achievement Severe burnout. To study the correlation between job burnout and job requirements, job control, and job support based on JDCS theory, use binary logistic nonlinear regression for data analysisand process the questionnaire data. The results showed that 230 samples showed severe burnout in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, cynicism and low sense of achievement. In order to study the relationship between job burnout and job requirements-control-support,correlation analysis was performed using non-linear regression, and the results showed that high requirements(including high expectations for career development, high expectations of civil servants in society, and the existence of civil servants in civil servants also existed).High requirements),low control(individual knowledge and limited capacity leads to insufficient job control, specialization and proceduralization have reduced the level of participation of grass-roots civil servants, the hierarchical structure of civil servants has restricted the autonomy and participation of civil servants, and the current training system Civil servants have limited capacity development assistance)Low support(relatively lack of spiritual support and humanistic care, communication within the organization is easily blocked, and the sense of belonging to the organization is low)affects civil servants' job burnout. This article analyzes the cause of job burnout based on the JDCS theoretical model, and proposes the following countermeasures from the perspective of social work:One is the intervention of social work at the individual level: improving control of one's own work, establishing correct professional values, focusing on the formation of self-awareness,and focusing on the psychological adjustment of civil servants. The second is the involvement of social work at the organizational level to increase an appropriate training system, create a good working environment, and increase awareness for help.
