Tax-based civil servants are the disseminators and executors of China's tax laws,and are the most important force in promoting China's tax reform and realizing the implementation of various tax policies.The job burnout of tax-based civil servants directly affects the quality of tax service and tax administrative enforcement,which in turn affects the overall civil service image of the Chinese government.This dissertation takes the job burnout of the civil servants in the taxation department of Y city as the research object.Based on Maslow's theory of demand,two-factor model and the theory of Porter Lawer's incentive model,this dissertation designs a questionnaire and conducts the questionnaire for the grassroots civil servants of the Y Municipal Taxation Bureau.A stratified sampling survey.The survey collected a total of 269 valid questionnaires,which effectively supported the study of job burnout among tax-based civil servants.This dissertation uses the MBI-GS Burnout Scale and the Burnout Influencing Factors Scale to investigate and analyze.Through the above-mentioned scales,it is measured whether there is a phenomenon of occupational burnout in the grassroots civil servants in Y City and the reasons for their occurrence.The questionnaire consists of basic information,burnout scale,and burnout influencing factors.Using SPSSAU software to statistically analyze the recovered questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn: First,there is a high degree of burnout in the grassroots civil servants in Y city.Second,the main reasons for the job burnout of the civil servants at the grassroots level in Y City are mainly the workload,promotion space,and salary composition.Thirdly,this dissertation gives suggestions on how to alleviate the job burnout of civil servants in the tax base of Y City from the aspects of psychological factors,performance appraisal,salary and promotion channels.
