The Study Of Industrial Cluster Based On R&D Spillover

Industrial cluster exists since time immemorial,and the origin cause based on R&D spillover that industrial cluster coming into being has been described early. But these explanations not only cannot disclose the essence completely,but also cause the paradox question between R&D spillover and industrial cluster.Through the analysis by game theory, such a conclusion is drawn: under the environment of market of the keen competition in industrial cluster, the enterprise will be devoted to innovating and knowledge sharing, because allowing R&D spillover makes enterprise benefit more at this moment. So the paradox problem between R&D spillover and industrial cluster is solved.Then, the mechanism of industrial cluster based on R&D spillover is studied. We put forward three key elements and the structure model. Research shows, the key elements and three networks set up on it, are not only the key characteristic, but also the effective tie promoting R&D spillover. At last, the case of the Zhongguancun new-high technology cluster of Beijing is analyzed. The key element of Zhongguancun new-high technology cluster is enumerated, and corresponding structure model is been established. Thus models of three key elements and structure are verified.
