Research On Participatory Governance Of Public Space In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Social Innovation

The arrival of the era of globalization has promoted the development of the economy and the science and technology,and met the increasing demand of people,and also generated many difficult problems,and the social innovation gradually became a social problem which is different from the technical innovation.An effective mechanism to meet the broader needs of society.The social innovation pays attention to the needs of the people,emphasizes the participation of the people,and changes from the original simple technological innovation to the focus on the multi-body consultation to solve the problem,achieve the goal,and meet the requirements.The birth of the concept of social innovation strengthens the interaction and cooperation between the government,the social institutions and the organization and the residents,and also gives people the development and management of the community New ideas and approaches.At present,the community public space construction gradually tends to be the main body,the government and the social organization as the assistance force,through the person's subjective initiative to complete the renewal and construction of the community public space.The urban community is relatively weak,the community awareness among the residents is weak,the cohesion is not strong,and the construction of the public space of the community is hindered.The social innovation perspective is of the view that by attracting and increasing social capital,it is more capable of urging people to work together to address community problems and to meet higher community needs.From the dimension of social innovation to view the participatory construction of the public space of the urban community,firstly,the social innovation angle of view emphasizes the creation of the space,so that the residents in the community have a strong sense of belonging;secondly,the scene creation is emphasized,and the community is provided with the opportunity to provide the residents with good co-participation,To make the community construction become a reality;and finally,the social innovation perspective emphasizes the relationship construction,which is the most basic and the most critical point,the social innovation pays attention to the people's participation in the practice,creates a good community relation,and promotes the development of the people and the community progress.From the perspective of social innovation,this paper cites the typical empirical case of urban community public space construction-Nanjing C community,analyzes it deeply,and explores how Nanjing C community makes use of and implements social innovation thinking in the process of building community public space,condensing residents' strength and attracting residents' participation.This paper finds out that the main body of construction-residents,the external force of construction-social organization.The situation and cultural characteristics are all embodied inthe color of social innovation,and on this basis,the application value and guiding significance of social innovation in the construction of urban community public space are summarized,and the view of social innovation is put forward.The construction strategies of urban community public space under the corner are as follows: first,cultivate community relations;second,grasp the community cultural situation;third,stimulate the vitality of community self-organization.
