Track and field teaching has very important significance in sports teaching in common colleges and universities.I both exercise the student's physical health,and promote students' mental health.The teaching goals of sports curriculum is “3b”.they are basic knowledge,basic theory and basic technology.The goals of sports curriculum is to establish the concept of university sport("health first,lifelong sports".)Compared with other projects,track and field teaching is boring,students participate in track and field course for credit but enjoy it.So let the course become active is the question that must be solved.To solve these problems,this paper uses the following methods: questionnaire,interview,comparison and analysis,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods.Analyze the present status of the practice course of track and field it is concluded that the following argument.1.Students not active in class.Some students only for credit class.The teacher supervision does not reach the designated position.Teaching quality declined,students don't like the track and field course,only part of the students whose body quality is very good take an active part in track and field to strengthen the leading role of teachers In track and field practice course,improve the students' subjectivity,increase students' practice quality and quantity.Improve the students' practice.2.The content of Track and field teaching is boring,teaching method is repeated.we have to admit that the track and field course is through the training content of repeated to improve performance,show the improvement of body function.Optimize the curriculum,teachers need to actively play a leading role of track and field,innovate new training methods and ways to enrich the course content.3.Use of "beauty" optimize track and field course.To cultivate students to be all-round developed people;Aesthetic education highly summarized as form,language,behavior and heart;Track and field course to promote students form formal beauty,the beauty of mind and behavior.4.Track and field is mainly of individual athletic project,the competition exist between each other,To strengthen the cooperation between students promote interpersonal communication,promote harmonious and healthy development of students.To optimize the lessons in this section.To strengthen cooperation,improve the enthusiasm of students training.5.Track and field course teaching is too traditional,Overemphasis on speed,endurance,strength training.Ignore the training of the agility,flexibility.So in track and field course we should attach more importance to train the agility and flexibility.Teachers will use various means to strengthen the training.6.Track and field practice course optimization should be based on students,straighten the students' thought,abandon the inertia,and practice hard.After the completion of track and field practice course students will have a positive psychological experience.Students can agree with the athletics sports.,no matter how to optimize the track and field course we should strengthen students' sense of identity,to track and field practice course.Then let the track and field practice course rich and colorful.7.Optimization of track and field course teaching practice use appropriate methods to let the students actively into practice to improve students' practice ability Encourage students to use it,so as to increase students' learning enthusiasm,thus realize the optimization of track and field course teaching practice...
