With the promising development of higher institutions at modern times,competitive sports of higher institutions is supposed to play an increasingly important role in future competitive sports of China.In order to promote the competitive level of track and field of higher institutions in China and to keep the continuing development of projects,the thesis,focused on coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions,by the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and statistics, analyzes and studies influential factors as to coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions so as to conduct conclusions as well as to make proposals.1.Conclusions1.1 Instructing abilities of coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions are not satisfying.Those with relatively strong competence only occupy 33.33%, while the major 66.67%,to the lower extent.1.2 Influential factors of instructing abilities of coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions are:training practice,study and education on major, environment of physical training and heredity genes of physical training,which goes hand in hand with the structure of affecting factors based on literature(heredity, education,environment and practice).1.3 Influential factors of instructing abilities of coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions,according to the degree,are in turn:training practice,study and education on major,environment of physical training and heredity genes of physical training.1.4 Instructing abilities of coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions closely combine with four factors.The correlation is as follows:factor of "training practice",factor of "study and education on major",factor of "environment of physical training" and factor of "heredity of physical training".Instructing abilities of coaches also enjoy an intimate relationship with each index involved in every factor.1.5 Different instructing abilities of coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions make remarkable differences with average scores of factors as "iraining practice","study and education on major" and "environment of physical training";on the other hand,they make no obvious difference with the average score of "heredity of physical training".2.Proposals2.1 Analysis of instructing abilities of coaches of high-level track and field of higher institutions is a huge systems engineering.Therefore,scholars in future studies should focus on influential factors so as to accomplish the thorough and systematical research on instructing abilities of coaches from the aspects of heredity,education, environment and practice. 2.2 In order to increase instructing abilities of coaches,factor of training practice should be stressed;at the same time,other factors of study and education on major, environment of physical training and heredity of physical training should also be considered.With regard to the selection of coaches,inborn qualities are the basis;yet the future cultivation is the foremost.2.3 During the course of fostering coaches of track and field of higher institutions,the transformation of coaches from knowledge to capability should be emphasized. Theoretical studies will be strengthened based on practice and specific task will be instructed under the guidance of theory,which enhances the association of theory and practice.2.4 The degree of furthering studies and post training for coaches of higher institutions should be highlighted.Diverse methods can be adopted as:inviting well-known coaches home and abroad to deliver their experience,intensifying communication and exchange,organizing coaches to observe and study in national professional clubs,and even in foreign excellent ones.2.5 To strengthen the environment of physical training and to create favorable working atmosphere.
