Teaching of Physical Education, the main goal is to enhance students’ physical fitness, improve health, improve physical literacy and lifelong physical exercise capacity, cultivate thoughts and physical exercise habits of lifelong sports. Evaluation of the traditional sports learning too much emphasis on students’physical and skills to students in other areas, some ignored, a single index evaluation and integrated assessment of teaching evaluation or learning evaluation. With the continuous deepening of the College Physical Education reform and education, the concept of constantly updated in recent years, the athletics gradually fade PE teaching activities of the stage, the reason is that many. Also, people began to realize in college track and field lesson learning evaluation is facing many problems, such as evaluation methods, evaluation of ideas, evaluation content, evaluation and so there are a lot of unreasonable, therefore learning assessment reform is imperative. To improve students’ track and field course learning outcomes, and develop the good habit of consciously participating in the track, you must use the method of scientific evaluation. Guidelines for the spirit, combined with the development of athletics in colleges and universities, based on the five learning objectives in the field to build a track and field class students’ self-study evaluation of the content.In this study, literature, telephone interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics, the survey of500students of five colleges and universities in Beijing as object, through the evaluation of the content of learning effects on students’ track and field lesson survey, the following conclusions:1, The current Beijing colleges and universities to set up the status quo is not satisfactory. More than half of the colleges and universities do not have an athletics class; open track and field class of institutions set up in two forms, The first track and field lessons as an independent physical education, is part of the track and field teaching content in other physical education settings. 2, Build students’learning self-evaluation of content, including sports participation, sports skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation of the contents of the five areas, in line with the concept of "student-centered, and promote the overall development of students" educational evaluation, in line with Outline requirements and life-long sports targeting certain scientific and theoretical role, to adapt to the teaching of the university track and field evaluation of development trends.3, Student participation in athletics is not very high, and the degree of participation of female students relative male students in terms of higher, but in motor skills, male students than female students more adept at the use of motor skills.4, Track and field in the active role of students’physical health, the vast majority of students hold a recognized attitude, and they also agree that the track and field course of study to improve its own ability to adapt to society.5, The positive impact of athletics on the university track and field class students’mental health is not optimistic that an active role in track and field class or extracurricular athletics from the students’ mental health.In this study, self-study evaluation of development and reform, the promotion of the university track and field class students to promote the progress and development of teachers and students to realize the value and role of the college physical education goals, and athletics in college physical education, reference and practical significance.
