| Educational equity is the foundation of social equity and justice.Since the reform and opening up,along with the changes of the scale of China’s floating population growth speed and the structure of the floating population,the number of children living with the soaring,Suiqian children’s education problems caused,has aroused widespread concern.Although the state has adopted the policy of "two oriented" to protect the rights of the children,but in the course of the actual operation,it is restricted by many factors.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the Suiqian children enjoy equal education right and analyzes the existence and the related rights protection in the process,and the research on the causes of the problem,in order to more effectively solve Suiqian children education fairness.Based on the theory of educational equity and the theory of public service,this paper explains the justice of the protection of the rights of children’s education.As a legal citizen of People’s Republic of China,the children should enjoy equal educational rights.At the same time,from the attribute of compulsory education,it is a kind of public product,public education has been regarded as a national government to provide an important field of all public services,the government has the obligation to ensure that all citizens enjoy equal compulsory education provided by the.On this basis,this paper takes Songjiang District as an example,through the investigation of Songjiang District compulsory education,and access to a large number of literature and questionnaire survey,a large number of reference data,the status quo objectively presented in the stage of compulsory education in Songjiang District Suiqian children’s education rights protection history,pointed out the existence of Suiqian children in education system and policy formulation,the competent department of the government’s subjective attitude,education quality uneven in quality and other aspects of the problem,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as perfecting the legal education system,improve the relevant policies supporting and improving the relief path,realize the Suiqian children education guarantee equal rights. |
