With the people’s living standards continue to improve,the demand for travel is growing,Hotel as the one of the three pillars industries for tourism is also in constant development.Students of secondary vocational education of tourism management as an important reserve force of hotel frontline staff,it’s willing or not to stay in this industry is very important for the management of the hotel.Research shows that the students of the hotel internship after graduation in the industry is willing to engage in related work has an important influence,therefore in the students during the internship and improve the level of organizational socialization interns,enhance its retention is an important work of hotel human resources management to be carried out.The research on organizational socialization perspective,combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics of secondary vocational students,to study the related factors influencing secondary vocational students’ intention,through study the relevant literature on a large number of social organizations and the willingness to stay in the foundation of research on the theory,combined with the specific circumstances of the model the former and China’s actual conditions,established from the perspective of organizational socialization secondary vocational school students’ internship retention model,according to the proposed model to design the questionnaire,using the factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis methods to analyze the data,the research results show that:(1)The socialization of Tourism Management Hotel interns in secondary vocational schools is different from the four dimensions of organizational socialization.From high to low,they are relations,work competence,organizational understanding and future expectations.(2)The four dimensions of organizational socialization,future expectations and understanding ability to predict the two dimensions of the strong,on the hotel intern’s intention to retain a greater degree of influence.(3)Organizational socialization through job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the two intermediary variables play a significant effect on intention to stay.According to the conclusions of the study are put forward some advice in the two aspects of the hotel and the secondary vocational school,hope to solve the problem of poor student internship ability in professional tourism management hotels in secondary schools and the problem of low willingness to stay.Finally,it summarizes the shortcomings of the research process and the parts that need to be improved.
