Marx Needs Research On Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Theory

The theory of needs is an important part of Marxism theory,and it is also a scientific world outlook and methodology to study the current problems of requirement.Needs as a kind of “conscientiousness” for people to survive and develop,which has prominent social,historic and distinctive characteristics of the times.At the same time,it is an important source and basis for the behavior and motivation of human beings.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities plays an important guiding role in recognizing and educating undergraduates.Therefore,based on the theory of Marxist needs,systematically analyzing the correlation between the cognition and the guiding of college students' notion related to requirement and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which is an important perspective and topic in current ideological and political theory education.On the basis of combining the theoretical basis with the realistic basis,this paper explores the outlook and condition of needs about current undergraduates as well as how the theory of college ideological and political education focus on the problem of need srelated to undergraduates,which finally aims to put forward effective measures.The body part is made up of four parts.The first part expounds the importance of the problems related to needs in current ideological and political education in colleges and universities.First of all,from the relationship between the need with the learning and development of college student,this paper analyzes the basic roles that all kinds of needs play in the learning and development of college student.Secondly,it analyzes the current meeting point of Marx's theory of needs and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and completely understands the significance of Marx's theory of needs as the theoretical basis for carrying out ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The second part analyzes the generation and scientificalness Marx's theory of needs.First of all,the thesis illustrates the development process of Marx's theory of needs and then summarizes its main connotation and characteristics.Secondly,it expounds the comparison of theory of needs between Marx's and Western's representative,highlights the scientificalness and advance of Marx's theory of needs which lays the solid theoretical foundation for the scientificalness and rationality of paper-writing.The third part is to investigate the current situation of the needs to undergraduates in the form of questionnaires and to analyze the basic factors of the actual effect and the pertinence of current ideological and political education in colleges and universities according to the results of the data statistics,both of which provides a detailed and credible evidences for the related expositions.The fourth part makes an exploration of the path of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on Marx's theory of needs.This article tries to find out the main countermeasures to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and put forward a variety of forms of it from the following three aspects of the educational content,mechanism and environment from ideological and political education in colleges and universities by using the relevant contents of Marx's needs theory and combining the statistical results of the questionnaire.The last part reaffirms the necessity of combining Marx's theory of needs with the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and firmly believes that the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities will be gradually improved and strengthened,and more builders and successors with talents are to be cultivated for the country under the guidance of Marx's theory of need.
