Thailand and China always have good relationship in history,geography,culture and other aspects.With the promotion of Chinese comprehensive national strength and the continuous development of Chinese international education,the population of learning Chinese in Thailand is also showing a trend of low age.In recent years,more and more conditional Thailand kindergartens have set Chinese courses.Because of the children's cognitive characteristics,vocabulary teaching is the most important part of Chinese teaching for children.On the basis of the previous related studies,this paper,based on the classroom observation and record in the practice of kindergarten vocabulary teaching and the interview with other kindergarten teachers during the course of teaching,discusses the teaching of children's vocabulary in a church school at Udon Thani,in order to supplement the research results in the related fields.It provides services for the practical work of vocabulary teaching in Thailand.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction which explains the origin of the topic and the significance of the research.The teaching of Chinese in Thailand is late.The teachers are difficult to determine the content of teaching,lack of cognition and teaching skills for the children in the vocabulary teaching.At the same time,a brief description of the present situation of mechanism of children's language acquisition,the teaching of Chinese vocabulary as a foreign language,the study of the vocabulary teaching for children in Chinese as a foreign language,and the basic information of the school and the methods used in this article are introduced.The second part is the first chapter,focusing on the question of "what to teach",based on the teaching of "theme" vocabulary,combining the actual situation of the school,selecting the daily vocabulary which takes into account the situation of the two countries,arranging the teaching progress and review.The third part focuses on the "how to teach",based on the teaching cases in the four teaching processes,and discusses the explanation,practice,reading,questioning and classroom management in the vocabulary teaching.The fourth part mainly solves the problem of "how to learn",and summarizes three common problems in the teaching of children's vocabulary:forgetting,mixing,and inaccurate pronunciation,and discussing the reasons for the above problems from the aspects of students,teachers and schools,and put forward some suggestions and strategies in teaching.Finally,on the basis of the combination of theory and teaching practice,this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of the teaching content,teaching skills,common problems and Countermeasures in the teaching of Chinese vocabulary in Thailand,so as to serve the practical teaching in the related fields.
