Research On The Capital Operation And Governance Path Of Sports And Leisure Characteristic Towns From The Perspective Of Demand-side Financial Innovation

Based on the characteristics of small town sports leisure capital operation as the starting point,trying to from the micro level,in the use of the financial innovation theory and its application in the specific operational aspects of the industry on the basis of practice,the creation of a sports and leisure town features of capital operation complete theoretical framework,to broaden the scope of the theory of financial innovation,and promote the development of demand the theory of financial innovation and the evolution of governance disorder,and based on the theory frame in the process of capital operation to the empirical research and analysis of sports leisure characteristic town management paradox and operation problem.First,we use qualitative analysis to define the concept and connotation of financial innovation and capital operation,and analyze the current situation of related theoretical research both at home and abroad.Two is the use of the summary and logical deduction method,analyzing the connotation of sports leisure town features concept and existing problems;in the normal economic and financial globalization,analyzes the stage characteristics of the demand side of financial innovation,the general and individual characteristics and capital operation.The three is to use the method of process control evaluation model to construct the comprehensive management and evaluation index of the demand evaluation committee of sports leisure characteristic town and the investment audit committee,and make use of the resources evaluation and development evaluation index of the sports leisure characteristic town,based on the relevant statistics data,and carry out the capital transportation of the sports leisure characteristic town.The relationship between the "black swan" and the "grey rhino" relationship between the camp and governance risk is predicted and diagnosed.
