Stakeholder Theory Horizon Under The Lindun Le Valley Study On The Governance Dimension Of Sports Characteristic Town

From the perspective of the national top-level design strategy,sports characteristic towns play an important role in promoting the "improving the quality and efficiency" of the high-quality development of China’s sports industry.In recent years,although some achievements have been made in the construction of domestic characteristic sports towns,some problems and challenges have also occurred during the 13 th Five-Year Plan.The introduction of the Notice on planning policies such as Promoting the Construction of Sports and Leisure Characteristic Towns also makes many people pay attention to the business opportunities of sports characteristic towns.In the process of development,the problem of "homogenization" of towns with sports characteristics is more prominent,which mainly involves the innovation mechanism and system,professional planning,top-level design,core industrial resources,resources introduction platform and other pain points,which has affected the high-quality development of towns with sports characteristics.On this basis,this study selected Zhangzhou Changtai pier valley sports characteristic town(hereinafter referred to as the "Lindun town")stakeholders as the survey object,around the stakeholders definition,interest analysis,governance performance relationship influence to explore,try to build the Lindun town stakeholders governance framework and analyze the influence between main interests and governance performance.The work was carried out through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,field investigation method and case analysis method.First,this study identifies the mutual relationship between each other by exploring which governance dimensions exist in the development process of Lindun Town.Secondly,this study formed a preliminary test questionnaire and project analysis.Based on SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 software,exploratory factor analysis and verification factor analysis,in order to obtain town governance dimension and the positive and negative paths of each dimension.The results show:(1)Lindun Town governance dimension includes four dimensions: government governance,social capital investment,consumer behavior and governance performance.(2)Government governance,social capital investment and consumer behavior have a significant positive impact on the governance performance of Lindun Town.(3)When government governance,social capital investment and consumer behavior jointly influence the governance performance of Lindun Town,government governance has a significant negative impact on the performance of Lindun Town,and social capital investment and consumer behavior have a positive impact on the governance performance of Lindun Town.(4)constructed Lindun town governance framework,including governance paradigm,governance mechanism,governance system and framework design.Finally,the main conclusion of this study is drawn:(1)In the development process of Lindun Town,the government,social capital and consumers are the main stakeholders of Lindun Town,and in the three dimensions of governance process,government governance,social capital investment and consumer behavior have a positive impact on the dimension of governance performance respectively.(2)In terms of governance performance,government governance has a negative impact on performance,while the other two have a positive impact.The reason is that although there are many pain points in the development of Lindun Town,the government will actively participate in governance and gradually improve the supervision and restraint mechanism.It is very normal to have a negative impact on governance performance in this process.This shows that the error correction has achieved results.Lindun Small Town has entered the high-quality development track of improving quality and efficiency from extensive development.(3)By exploring the governance dimension of Lindun Town,the town governance framework can be constructed,and it can help stakeholders to effectively carry out the relevant governance and optimization of Lindun Town.
