Objective:To explore the relationship between junior students' interest in physical education,achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy,and provide theoretical support for the physical education of junior high school students,and to provide a feasible research basis for strengthening the impact of school physical education on the physical and mental health of junior high school students.Subjects and methods:the method of convenient sampling was used to select the first grade,second grade and third grade students of 10 junior high school schools in Yancheng City,and 2 classes in each grade were selected for 3354 ginseng and this study.Each student needs to complete three questionnaires:the junior middle school sports learning interest scale,the exercise task orientation and self orientation questionnaire and the general self-efficacy questionnaire.A total of 3354 questionnaires were collected.On the basis of checking the quality of the questionnaire,the invalid questionnaires were excluded.The three questionnaires of all qualified students were regarded as valid questionnaires,and finally 2386 valid questionnaires were obtained.The data were analyzed by the social statistical analysis software package SPSS20.0.First of all,an independent sample t test and a single factor variance analysis are carried out for junior high school students' interest in sports learning,achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy.Then,the correlation analysis is used to analyze the students' interest in sports learning,achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy by two points and three points.The Results of Research:(1)junior middle school students' interest in physical education is at a high level,and achievement goal orientation is at the upper middle level,and self-efficacy is at a high level.(2)there are significant differences in the interest and dimensions of physical learning in different sexes;there is no significant difference in the goal orientation and self orientation of achievement goal orientation,and there is a very significant difference in the sense of self-efficacy.In grade,there are very significant differences in the negative interest of sports learning interest,the degree of sports participation,the independent exploration and study,and the attention dimension of sports.There are significant differences between achievement goal orientation total score and self orientation dimension.There are significant differences in the sense of self efficacy.On the source of students,there is a significant difference between the negative interest of sports learning interest and the dimension of sports concern.There are significant differences between achievement goal orientation and all dimensions.There was a significant difference in self efficacy.(3)there is a correlation between junior middle school students' interest in physical education,achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy.After controlling the demographic variables,the interest of physical learning can predict achievement goal orientation the rate of contribution of sport learning interest to achievement goal is 21.4%;the interest of physical learning can predict general self-efficacy the rate of general self-efficacy is 10.9%,and achievement goal orientation can predict general self-efficacy achievement goal orientation.The contribution rate to the general self-efficacy is 30.5%.The net contribution rate of physical learning interest and achievement goal orientation to self-efficacy was 29.7%.Summary:(1)junior middle school students' interest in physical education is at a high level,and achievement goal orientation is at the upper middle level,and self-efficacy is at a high level.(2)there are significant differences in the gender of junior middle school students'interest in physical education.There are significant differences in the achievement goal orientation in the source and grade,and there are significant differences in the sense of self-efficacy in gender,source and grade.(3)There was a positive correlation between PE learning interest and achievement goal orientation,and the contribution rate of PE learning interest to achievement goal orientation was 21.4%.There was a positive correlation between PE learning interest and self-efficacy.The contribution rate of PE learning interest to self-efficacy was 10.9%.There was a positive correlation between achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy,and the contribution rate of achievement goal orientation to self-efficacy was 30.5%.
