Study On The Rural Sports Public Goods Supply And Demand Status In Yantai

It’s a key stage to build a powerful country in athletics and promote the development ofsports in the period of the12th five-year. During the period, the relative lack of social sportsresources and social members’ increasing sports demand, is still the main contradictioninfluenced the development of sports undertakings in China. Especially in the rural area, withthe continuous development of China’s rural economy, rural residents’ demand for sportspublic product is increasing. However due to historical reason, lead to China’s rural sportspublic product supply of debt is too much, and there is the gap of the actual needs of the broadmasses of farmers, and become the fundamental weakness of rural sports development inChina. Under limited resources, therefore, to develop rural sports, make the farmers enjoy themost basic sports services, first to fully understand the reality of present farmers sportsdemand, according to status quo of its requirements for targeted supply, thus effectivelyimprove the supply efficiency of rural sports public products, realize the balance betweensupply and demand development, thus promote the rapid development of rural sports.Based on China’s rural sports public product supply and demand related discipline theory,the objects of study were picked in five areas in yantai and another five cities in order to makethe research.The following conclusions were gotten according to the survey.1non-material sportspublic products supply is relatively lagging behind.2. Yantai rural sports public productsupply obvious regional characteristics, present a regional imbalance state.3. Yantai ruralsports public product supply structure and lack of management, lead to the low sports publicproduct utilization rate and production efficiency.4. Yantai rural sports public product supplyand demand contradiction, whose concentrated expressions are rural residents’ real demandand the supply of government; Rural sports public product democratic decision-making anddemand contradiction of the subject; Basic unit government achievements guidance anddeviation of the farmers demand contradiction farmers’ degree of satisfaction is not high.5.Farmers’ overall satisfaction evaluation to the sports public products supply is low.According to the survey and based on the research,the following suggestions weregiven.1. Moderate tilt policy and increase investment in rural sports public products.2. Intensify propaganda; enhance the consciousness of the peasant fitness.3. Strengthen thesports resources sharing and form sports fitness network effectively.4. Start from the farmers’actual demand and combine with the regional economic differences in order to adjust thestructure of rural sports public product supply5. Attach great importance to the farmersdemand expression and establish an effective mechanism of demand expression.6. Attachgreat importance to the demand for the main body and strengthen the rural sports publicgoods supply decision-making scientific and democratic.7. make introductions ofnon-governmental forces and broaden the rural sports public product sources8. Attach greatimportance to farmers’ satisfaction evaluation, specification, performance appraisal and theaccountability mechanism of grassroots cadres.
