Research On The Strategy Of Cultivating The Vocational Quality Of The Students In The Class Management Of Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of vocational education,a large number of vocational technical talents have been send to the society.However there is one point should be noticed that when they contribute themselves to the development of society,students also have some issues accompanied which need to be found and researched by us.Because of the limitation of academic education and imprisonment ofTraditional ideas,phenomena still exist among vocational colleges like more intelligent education than moral education,more knowledge education than quality-oriented education and more occupational education than cultural education.Besides the above,vocational colleges face directly to the society so they prefer to cater to the needs of talent-market and ignore the complete developments of students on all aspects.According to the analysis of actual research from companies,many students graduated from vocational colleges are facing an awkward situation that they are lack of professional qualities seriously.What is more worrying is that vocational colleges haven't realized such situation.On the same time,with our economy developing rapidly different kinds of firms offer higher requirements on professional qualities of employees to catch up the society development.So enhancing professional qualities is urgently necessary for vocational colleges.Various methods will be exerted in this paper like interviews,behavior research method and so on.All the methods are targeted to real students studying in the school.Meanwhile on the basis of research to companies,the paper will reflect the actual needs for students' professional qualities.Then all the results and analysis will be melted into management and cultivation of students in the school.In this paper,relative strategies about how to manage classes will be given on the basis of researches such as building correct occupational awareness through activities,cultivating occupational ethic through company style management mode,developing correct team-work awareness and communication abilities through participation activities.During the process of research,communications with firms and students who are experiencing intern periods will never stop in order to strengthen the research basis.Finally,the paper will set forth on the effects from points of view of colleges,students and companies and make elementary requirements for how to improve students occupational qualities with the help of managements of classes.
