Higher vocational education is to face the market and employment-oriented. In the economy, the socialist market economy to flourish, under the background of the historic environment of Higher Education in training personnel to work requirements, Vocational colleges as a "quasi-professional people," the incubator must be career awareness education as an important part of vocational colleges and tasks to enhance the content and quality of employment in vocational college. Only the Times Higher Vocational Education changing concepts of education, career awareness education building systems theory content, evaluation, management and security system, and actively explore a suitable vocational specialty soft and hard both educational path, in order to further improve the vocational students Occupation comprehensive competitiveness, industry development services for enterprises, in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to provide highly skilled quality personnel,"China dream."Compared to the importance of vocational expertise and skills, our concern for the education and career awareness education achievements seem even to be inadequate, pending further research and exploration. Career awareness on the current situation in Guangxi Higher Education Development, the vocational education system to start building awareness, but there is a lack of awareness of importance, a small investment, education is not in place, the system is imperfect, the effect is not significant outstanding problems, need more attention, investment and exploration. The study centered on the development of career awareness education begin a study to take literature research, comparative law on the topic of origin, meaning, status, etc. of the sort and induction, and professional awareness of the concept of vocational colleges were defined. Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, the status of parts of Guangxi Vocational Colleges vocational school students’ professional awareness and awareness of the situation to carry out two levels of education conducted a survey on the basis of comprehensive analysis, found that the main factors restricting the development of career awareness education, leads to social, family, school, lack of career awareness carried educational Issues.
