With the implementation of the new curriculum reform of history in China,the effectiveness of history classroom teaching has been paid more and more attention by the front-line history teachers.After the baptism of curriculum reform for many years,the present situation of history classroom teaching has been improved and some gratifying achievements have been made.However,in the actual teaching process,the teaching quality of some high school history teachers is not satisfactory,which is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform.In order to solve this problem more effectively,teachers should adopt systematic and scientific teaching methods to make students' learning effect reach the best state.In order to make the teacher's teaching behavior and students' psychological process sound,it is needed to timely understand the students' learning situation according to the feedback of students,so as to adjust the teacher's own teaching behavior.Therefore,based on the two-way perspective of teachers and students and the characteristics of history itself,how to improve the effective teaching behavior of high school history classroom has become the original intention of this paper.Therefore,this paper uses the concept of effective teaching behavior,mainly discussing from those following four parts.The first part is mainly expounding the connotation of effective teaching behavior and the standard of effective teaching behavior in high school history classroom under the background of new curriculum reform.And on this basis,it discusses the theoretical source of effective teaching behavior in classroom.The second part is the main part of this paper based on the survey of teachers and students,using the questionnaires,interviews,classroom questioning strategies of both teachers and students,teachers' comments and feedback and dealing with the content of textbooks and other aspects of the views of teachers and students in accordance with the views of each other.And then the paper focuses on sorting out and analyzing the reasons.The third part is focusing on how to improve the effective teaching behavior of high school history classroom.Through the feedback of teachers and students,teachers should emphasize cultivating students' interest in learning and improving theprofessional development of teachers and strengthening the importance of history curriculum in the school as well as putting forward the implementation of effective teaching behavior of high school history classroom suggestions.The fourth part is mainly dealing with the research for the sake of the use in the future.Through the analysis and summary of the shortcomings,the research involved in this paper is prospected and envisaged.
