As the current new curriculum reform and the implementation of physical examination,the importance of the physical education curriculum is growing,students and parents are increasingly aware of the importance of physical education learning,but even so,for the students,psychological attention has not fully implement to action.Some students still show a negative reflection on the attitude and behavior of the physical education class.Why should the PE class that students like and expect to present such a situation? The main reason is that the teaching process does not produce enough attraction for students,that is,the teaching charm of PE teachers is insufficient.This study using literature to establish preliminary charm constitute the theoretical basis of PE teachers teaching,questionnaire survey and according to the preliminary theory of the establishment of the initial preparation and interview outline,after questionnaire survey eight primary schools in Jinan,were analyzed,and the result of the survey questions and draw:The eight factors of the teaching charm of PE teachers are: teaching skills,teaching image,teachers and students,teaching language,teachers' affairs,teaching code,classroom organization and professional competence.The data using SPSS analysis it is concluded that: after cut,the questionnaire of 38 item,scored in the top ten item,based on the characteristics of the high score from what,in the order: a fair and just,patient,careful,active classroom atmosphere,encourage in time,high,keep promise,password simply clear,reasonable link,attaches great importance to get along with,willing to innovation;In terms of scores,the following are: teachers and students,teaching rules,teachers' affairs,professional competence,classroom organization,teaching skills,teaching language and teaching image.The difference between gender and grade was obtained: there was no significant difference in gender.In terms of grade,there are significant differences between the first grade students and the other two grades in terms of teaching skills,teachers and students,and teaching codes.In terms of teaching language,there are significant differences between the third grade and the other two grades.Finally,based on the eight factors,the author puts forward the strategies for improving the teaching charm of PE teachers.The results of this study have certain reference value and practical significance to the improvement of physical education effect and teaching charm of physical education teachers.
