The rapid development of science and technology,bring to our society changes with each passing day,accelerates the pace of life,to speed up the steps of our progress,in the face of the fast pace of life,people of all kinds of way to economic optimization,the notion of access to information also,there are changes in eloquent compared "cramming" way of receiving information,people are more inclined to pursue all kinds of information of autonomous and miniaturization.To "weibo","WeChat","little video" as the main representative of the meteoric rise of the "micro" way is so popular,such rapid development,its role is irreplaceable,people can make full use of fragmented time,gaps in life to get information and transfer energy,whether in study or in life,give people can bring different emotional experience.Similarly,the acquisition of knowledge tends to be convenient,fast and efficient,and the micro-course is born,and it is favored by most learners with its unique advantages.Since the date of produce,get the favour of people,now in the field of contemporary education plays a more and more important role,therefore,the class the experimental and applied research in specific disciplines become an urgent subject.This paper elaborates the research mainly from the following six chapters: the first chapter,the basis and significance of research,mainly from the state council,the ministry of education,and some of the policies and regulations and plan an outline in shandong province department of education to explain the research background,content,value and significance.In the second chapter,by consulting a large amount of data,the author obtains the research status at home and abroad,the definition of the concepts needed in this study,the theoretical basis of the research and the main features of the micro-course.The third chapter elaborates the research object and method,the organization and implementation of the experiment and the teaching design.Lesson in the fourth chapter,the application in the teaching of physical education major of front-end analysis,mainly from the sports education professional characteristics and teaching status quo of volleyball general lessons is analyzed,and adopting micro classes for teaching the advantage of volleyball general lessons.Lesson of the fifth chapter,first,an overview of the general design and development,and combining with the research and analysis of the front,this paper discusses the micro in the common course for the university sports education professional volleyball class design aim,principle and process,and physical education in colleges and universities in the common course for the professional volleyball lesson through typical case development.Chapter 6,the education of PE of universities and colleges is to develop a professional volleyball teaching used in the common course of micro class turn classroom teaching mode,in actual teaching,strictly control the process of experiment,through after 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the analysis of the experimental classes and that in comparative classes for the teaching effect,to test whether small class teaching can help students better learning volleyball technology.Chapter seven,conclusion and suggestion,on the content of this thesis research summary description,combining with the experience itself produces micro class,points out the deficiencies and the need to reflect on,then micro lessons for the future research ideas put forward their own views and outlook.Experimental results confirm that based on micro lesson in the common course for the university sports education professional volleyball combined with flip classroom teaching mode,can give full play to students' subjective initiative,respect the individual differences of students,promote the class of the general grasp of professional knowledge and skills,but also increased the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning,improve the students' interest in sports,and strengthening the consciousness of the lifelong sports.
