Design And Applied Research About Flipped Classroom Teaching Model

At the beginning, K-12 education workers had paid highly attention to flipped classroom. The Practical experience of many schools has shown that flipped classroom can be effectively used in the daily classroom teaching, but quite complex to implement. So this model is not widely used in school class. This study seeks theory and practice about localization of flipped classroom teaching mode.Firstly, teachers’ideas about flipping revolution are inconsistent and thorough, which can lead to many problems in practice. This paper discusses controversial issues related to how flipped classroom change traditional class teaching, hoping teachers can agree with each other. Based on the students-center learning theories, this paper designed the teaching model "guiding active learning before class and interactive learning in the classroom", which reflects flipping revolution essence. According to this model, this paper design a typical teaching case< Flaubert home on Sunday>.Secondly, I have been keeping in touch with many teachers and knowing what obstacles they are really encountering when they try to teaching with the flipped classroom model. I’m aimed at describing the specific application strategies by the way of designing a large number of teaching cases. The major problems includes: how to arrange the content of micro-video; what tips can be used to make student love micro-video; compared to traditional exercise, what different function and requirement active learning have; how to carry out effective online discussion before class to support student’s learning; what can teachers do through the interactive classroom, which contain four parts, such as problem solving and puzzle answering, group cooperation, displaying and sharing, comprehensive application training, focus on students and return classroom to student, in order to focus on students and return classroom to student.Finally, the author reaffirms flipped classroom’s value and prospects, and indicate that the issue’ how technology can help flipped classroom change traditional classroom" is worth studying.
