Since entering the new century,our children's three "healthy" levels to improve overall.In recent years due to changes in external environment,social conditions,our children's three "health" faced with some new problems,for example,children is lack of cooperative behavior,indifference to their relatives,gratitude to others,cohesiveness in group activities,etc..The society phenomenon of children's alienation is worthy of attention.The existence of social behavior in children and even antisocial behavior is opposite to prosocial behavior,which is not conducive to the social development of children.Children's social behavior is the direct expression of problem children.Since 2005,Propaganda Department of the CP Central Committee and other five departments issued "on the use of traditional festivals to carry forward the excellent tradition of national culture," the national level increasingly pay attention to traditional festivals.Following childhood Enlightenment education conducted extensive and continuous discussion,a large number of papers appeared.However,there is very little research on the traditional holiday initiation education related to prosocial behavior.For the children's alienation from society,the paper studies traditional education in the development of children's prosocial conduct in literature,investigation,comparison method.Survey results show that traditional festival of children's enlightenment education in Qingdao area problems,such as,the absence of prosocial behavior enlightenment education consciousness,prosocial behavior enlightenment education goal is not clear,prosocial behavior enlightenment education content is not comprehensive,prosocial behavior enlightenment education method is unsuitable,family garden Pro social behavior enlightenment education is not consistent.The problem.By strengthening the awareness of the enlightening education of the traditional festivals,we should establish the goal of the enlightenment education of the traditional festivals,expand the content of the prosocial behavior training,flexibly use the cultivation methods of the traditional festival Pro social behavior,and cooperate with the family and kindergartens to foster the children's prosocial behavior.In addition,the administrative department of education should also play a role in Pro social enlightenment education.Families and kindergartens are just a micro system.The administrative department of education plays a role as an external system,and this role is also the main body of children's Pro social behavior.In view of the shortage of current research,the paper studies the enlightenment education of children's Pro social behavior from the perspective of traditional festivals,which provides rich material for the preschool children's Pro social behavior enlightenment education.Combining the theory of Pro social behavior and the theory of enlightenment education,this paper discusses the practice of prosocial behavior enlightenment education for children during the development of traditional festival activities.
