Labor education is an important content and component of the national education system,which is conducive to the realization of the goal of comprehensive development of education and is of great significance to the practice of combining education with productive labor.The implementation of labor education for junior middle school students is a necessary way to cultivate the educated with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education and aesthetics.Under the macro background of paying attention to the implementation of labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new age,many schools have made efforts to carry out and implement labor education.However,because of the wrong understanding of the connotation of labor education and too much emphasis on the pursuit of enrollment rate,labor education has been misunderstood and weakened.By combing the ideological origin of labor education,it is clear that the implementation of labor education under the new historical background has practical significance to promote the all-round development of people,promote students' lifelong learning and promote the full development of social balance.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of teachers and students in A Middle School in the south of Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the six aspects of the implementation of labor education in this school,including concept,management,content,subject,object and evaluation.It can be found that there are some problems in the implementation of labor education in schools.Specific performance for the value orientation of labor education deviation,one-sided content of labor education,labor education teachers are not strong,students lack of understanding of labor education,labor education evaluation system vacancy and loose labor education management.The main causes of the problems in the implementation of labor education in the school include: the restriction of traditional labor thought,the blank of family labor education,themisunderstanding of labor education theory,the inaccurate positioning of labor education.Therefore,to improve the current problems and deficiencies in the implementation of labor education should focus on the following aspects: clarifying the theoretical connotation of labor education and grasping the goal orientation of labor education in the new age;Extensive development of educational resources,rich labor education content;The implementation of labor education practice,multi-channel implementation of labor education;Pay attention to the training of labor education teachers,improve teachers' labor education literacy;Improve the school labor education evaluation system;Build home-school-community integrated labor education system.Only by playing a comprehensive role in the above aspects can we clearly understand the connotation of labor education,gradually solve the problems existing in the implementation of labor education,and promote the full play of the function of labor education.
