Investigation And Countermeasures Study Of Basketball Elective In Normal University Of Hebei Province

The school sports are the basis of nation-wide fitness,as well as the key link of enhancing students' health quality.Recently,in our university campus,basketball has become an "education project".Universities regard it as an important way to improve the students' quality.Combining the interesting and adversarial of basketball itself,this sport is more and more popular,and people who participate are rapidly increasing.However,with basketball's universal,there are some problems to solve.Therefore,this thesis mainly researches on basketball elective in average universities of Hebei Province,combining with the relevant requirements of Ministry of Education and State General Administration of Sports.According to staff condition,teaching environment, teaching method and students' value orientation,the thesis intends to analyze and discuss the problems of current basketball sport met,and find the elements which restrict the development of elective,thus put forward the corresponding development countermeasure and the suggestion.The research utilizes the researches,the documentation,statistics,logic analysis,and analyzes the carrying case of basketball sports in normal university of Hebei Province.According to the results of the survey:Teachers of basketball sports in normal university of Hebei Province have a young trend,and mid and young teachers hold Three-quarters of the total ratio.The female teachers are comparatively less in some electives.Meanwhile,at the present,the academic structure is low in normal university of Hebei Province,in which more than half are undergraduate graduation.Education background and professional title proportion lags behind in overall level.And Basketball as a professional team of teachers teaching less than. University of in-service training seriously insufficient,Most who still has not trained.Most students in normal university of Hebei Province have the strong interest in basketball sports,and they have some understanding and mastery,but A small number of students have never touched basketball.Students' course motivation has been from a single exercise to physiological and psychological needs of comprehensive.Basketball elective also becomes girl students' favorite sport.According to it,most of students not only enhance the interest in basketball sports,but also improve the sports level,as well as sports consciousness.Most of the students show that they will regard basketball as a major means of physical exercise or main means.Basketball elective in normal university of Hebei Province is mainly to develop interest and hobbies,with complementary developing lifelong physical exercise habit and ability,however,students about teaching contents and teaching methods' approval are not high.A small minority of studentsare satisfied with the teaching content and teaching method. Assessment is usually arranged in final exam,and teacher scores.Assessment depends on learning attitude and ordinary performance,and it does not concentrate on theory examination. Basketball sports in normal university of Hebei Province has a good atmosphere,it is more and more popular.Caused by an excessive number of classes,the number of classes per capita less than the ball,teachers and students satisfaction of equipment is not high,space and equipment can not meet the teachers and students teaching and learning needs.Suggestions:1 To strengthen the cultivation of young and middle-aged teachers and reserves,as well as in-service training of teachers to further enhance the level of teacher qualifications; appropriate increase in the proportion of female teachers to improve student groups for different learning needs2 Basketball additional theoretical teaching,to strengthen the technical and tactical basketball,referee,as well as a number of sports injuries to deal with the contingency of knowledge.3 Reform and innovation of teaching methods,outstanding basketball entertainment features,to learn successful teaching methods at home and abroad,highlighting the main role of students,the learning ability of students to consider capacity development and innovation.4 Rational use of limited resources to improve the stadium,the equipment building, construction of good teaching and learning environment.5 For students to learn the situation,using a variety of assessment methods for students to carry out comprehensive evaluation of the study.
