This study analyzed the static balance ability, dynamic balance ability, and plantar pressure distribution of athletes before and after performing three-dimensional dynamic elliptical exercise training. The effect of training is defined to provide some theoretical and practical references for the training of athletes and coaches. The study of instability training and prevention of sports injuries provide experimental evidence. In this study,11 high-level athletes from the provincial team of Fujian Province were selected for the study. They were subjected to an 8-week three-dimensional dynamic elliptical exercise training. The Imoove balance tester and Freestep plantar pressure tester were used to obtain 11 athletes before and after training. The static balance ability, dynamic balance ability, and plantar pressure parameters were compared using paired sample t-test before and after comparison.Significant difference was observed when 0.01<P<0.05,and significant difference was observed when P<0.01.Three-dimensional dynamic elliptical exercise was used to balance athletes. The impact of capacity. The results showed that:(1)After 8weeks of three-dimensional dynamic elliptical exercise training, the difference between the normal standing(winking)and normal standing(closed eyes)of the results of the weight-projected trajectory length before and after training in the performance of static balance was significant(0.01<P<0.05);There was significant difference in the normal standing(blinking)between the center of gravity trajectory movement speed before and after training(0.01<P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the six test results of the X-axis shaking amplitude before and after training(0.01<P<0.05);The difference between the normal standing(blinking)and the normal standing(closed eyes)before and after the training was significant(0.01<P<0.05);the left and right feet of the elliptic eccentricity result before and after training. The differences in standing test items were significant(0.01<P<0.05).(2)After eight weeks of three-dimensional dynamic elliptical exercise training, the athlete's green performance goals, coordination and total scores have significant differences in the performance of dynamic balance ability(P<0.01);the difference in stability is significant.(0.01<P<0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of three-dimensional dynamic elliptical exercise training, the area ratio of the medial and lateral arches decreased significantly(0.01<P<0.05),and the load of the medial arch was significantly decreased(P<0.05).<0.01),the load of the lateral arch was also significantly decreased(0.01 <P <0.05).Studies have shown that:(1)After training, the static balance performance, the trajectory length of the center of gravity becomesshorter, the shaking amplitudes on the X-axis and Y-axis are all reduced, the velocity of the center of gravity shaking is reduced, training significantly improves the body's static standing Balance ability.(2)After training, the athlete's overall dynamic balance ability improved.(3)After the training, the distribution of the plantar pressure area was even before and after the training. The asymmetry of the pressure load on the left and right sides of the individual foot was relieved.Overall, the balance between the area and the load of the foot was improved. In conclusion, the three-dimensional dynamic elliptical motion training can be used as a new type of balance training method in sports training, especially for athletes injured in the lower limbs. And according to their injury and illness conditions, training program can be customized.
