The research object of this article is Dynamic characteristics analysis of Long jump athletes’ take-off instantly based on high speed video, plantar pressure and 3-D force system.With the research methods of literature, kinematics and dynamic measurement and mathematical statistics.In 8 universities country level 1 and level 2 men’s long jump athletes’ take-off technology synchronization of athletes for high-speed video shooting, plantar pressure and 3-d force test.On the basis of predecessors’ research, analyzes the original data.To realize the men’s long jump take-off technology athletes of the basic characteristics of sports biomechanics and rule.And help coaches in the long jump take-off technology, make training plan and interpretation techniques.To improve the efficiency and success of the special teaching and training, and provide reference data to prevent injury and scientific training.Through the study, here are the conclusions:1 College long jump athletes in the last step of low pace, step length is shorter, leaps Angle close to the ideal range, take-off Angle of sector within the scope of the ideal, most athletes take-off the seed and seed were beyond the ideal range.Relative to domestic outstanding athletes, long jump athletes in colleges and universities on the ceiling on the moment of hip Angle smaller, knee Angle is bigger, ankle Angle has no obvious difference, so they are in the take-off landing instantaneous body centre of gravity is lag and ups and downs is bigger, is not conducive to produce good results.2 Jump athletes fore foot before landing, when Center of Pressure appears "U" shaped trajectory, his metatarsal areas- pressure curve appeared two peaks.Athletes in part due to premature heel area off the ground, forefoot cannot remain stable under the impact of the big,lead to the front of the heel area on the second time, their central metatarsal area, foot and heel area time- pressure curve exists the phenomenon of two or more peaks.3 Colleges long jump athletes’ take-off process of through a foot pressure areas are located in phalanges area biggest, and most athletes pressure peak in the takeoff and phase of the phalanges area, so the plantar toe joint strength and stability of the long jump athletes is very important.4 Colleges long jump athletes in on the vertical direction of force value(Fz) curves show two obvious peaks and an obvious trough and the first wave force value, no obvious correlation with the jump performance, trough force value exists obvious positive correlation with the jump performance, due to the trough value reflects the athletes on the ceiling of the supporting capacity, the better support ability of athletes,the more beneficial to produce outstanding results.5 Colleges long jump athletes’ braking phase in the process of takeoff time accounted for62.96% of the total time, moreover athletes braking phase force value is greater than the level of strength, stretching stage it shows that the athletes in the process of take-off mainly by braking effect, so coaches should focus on cultivating athletes takeoff leg shrinking capacity of muscle group quickly rolled back.6 About colleges long jump athletes’ ceiling is different, the level of the direction of the force value waveform curve shape is different also, athletes quick impact the process of the pedal is the process of foot horizontal tilt to one side, then make adjustment in the opposite direction to maintain stability.Most athletes level of left and right in the first wave when a foot in the location of the maximum pressure in parapodum with area(HM) and central(MF), one of the few athletes in the fourth metatarsal area(M4), so these areas for vulnerable area, so the inside and outside the ankle stability is also very important.
