Objective:school physical education is the key and difficult point of carrying out "quality education" in our country,which is related to the basic national conditions and the influence of traditional culture with the core of economic development,the development level of students' physical health and the level of social development.The health awareness of parents is related to the importance that schools attach to physical health,and it is difficult to improve it.This study takes the current situation of physical examination of the fourth and sixth grade students in primary schools in Zhengzhou as a breakthrough,hoping to understand the current situation of the physical development of primary school students.To find out the key points of restricting the development of students' physique,to explore the method of improving students' physique health,and to provide the original data for the students' physique health test in Zhengzhou.Methods: this paper adopts the literature method,the test method,the data analysis method,the logical reasoning method and the interview method,and provides the theoretical basis for improving the students' physical health level.The physical health status of the fourth and sixth grade pupils in Zhengzhou was systematically analyzed from many angles of physical health test.Results:the total scores of physical health of the fourth and sixth grade pupils of Zhengzhou City were distributed between good and passing grades.However,there are problems of low rate of excellence and high rate of failure,which is different from the national standard.In the comparison of the total scores of physical fitness tests of different grades,the unqualified rate of male and female students in the fourth grade is lower than that of the sixth grade students in the fourth and sixth grades of Zhengzhou.2.The rate of overweight and obesity was higher than the national standard,and with the increase of grade,the rate of overweight and obesity increased by 3.3.The score of overall vital capacity test of pupils in grade six was mostly passed,but the rate of overweight and obesity was higher than that of national standard,but the rate of overweight and obesity was higher than that of national standard.The overall level of the grade of good and excellent is higher than that of grade 4 and grade 6 of Zhengzhou.4.The speed quality,sensitive quality,flexibility quality,endurance quality of primary school students in grade 4 and 6 are mainly distributed in passing grade and above good grade,and the overall level is higher.But one minute skipping rope,girls sit-ups,girls 850 m back running in different grades overall results are below the national standard.Recommended:1.family,school and society.The meeting should apply positive measures and means to cultivate students' habit of participating in physical exercise,develop students' motivation to participate in physical exercise,train students' physical education specialty.2.from the angle of school and family,and cultivate students' healthy eating habits.Cultivate good physical exercise habits,reduce the incidence of excess energy and obesity...The government should establish scientific and reasonable physique monitoring standards,implementation methods and cycles,and do a good job of supervision and supervision of physical health tests.To promote the implementation of physical health monitoring in schools;to popularize the awareness of family health management;to arrange reasonably the time of physical education courses in school physical education;to plan reasonably Physical education curriculum reform;strengthen school physical education teachers;ensure the completion of sports facilities,promote the sound development of school sports.
