Operation Management And Top-level Design Analysis Of APP Client In Sports Public Services

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasing number of smart phone users,our government has seen a strong demand for the accelerating transformation into a service-oriented government by applying Internet technology in the reform of the major departments.Based on a comparative analysis of traditional e-government and emerging APPs,the paper discusses the current status of the development of sports public service APP platform in the beginning,followed by a series of theories including public service theory,public administration theory,and government process reengineering.As the research objects-APP "Moving Network",which mainly focuses on operating and maintaining company-owned enterprises,and APP "Go Sports",which mainly focuses on governments' purchase of sports public service,the paper studies the framework of top-level design of sports public service APP and provides a reference for the construction of sports public service informationization.With literature induction,data analysis,comparative research,case analysis,and expert interviews,the paper analyzes the top-level design and operation management of the app client in sports public services.The problems are listed as follows.1.Functional dissimilation of sports public service APP 2.One APP system with several different company users 3.Unbalanced contents of sports public service APP 4.Unreasonable mode split of sports public service APP 5.Insufficient technical support for service providers 6.Lack of top-level design of sports public service APP.By analyzing the problems in the promotion of sports public service APP under two different modes of operation and maintenance,the paper proposes suggestions for improvement and measures for optimization.1."Government + Society" development mode of sports publics service APP 2.Optimizing project proportions and providing professional technical support 3.Improving evaluation and split mode under the guidance of service users 4.Conducting top-level design and planning for development.Combined with the study,the paper applies the theory of public service to analyze the cases of APP operation.From the angle of the “relative top view” of the main body of the functional departments of sports government,the top-level design framework of the government sports public service APP has been initially formed,to provide a reference for the effective utilization of sports public service resources,for more convenient,accurate and improved sports public service offered to the public by governments.government to provide more convenient,accurate,and perfect sports public services to the public for the effective use of sports public service resources.
