At this stage, the gap between China's secondary education and the quality education still exists. There is also a gap between it and the requirements of the economic development of the times,so the cultivation of innovative talents has become an urgent need at the moment. The emergence of "student-based education" concept established the educational connotation of "student-centered,life-oriented" education, and provided a scientific concept and a clear direction for China's basic education. As an important content of basic education in our country, high school biology is the key to improving the effectiveness of high school biology teaching.Constructing inquiry-based,cooperative,and interactive teaching strategies through "student-based education" is compatible with the relevant regulations of China's new round of basic education curriculum reform requirements. In 2017,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China issued the “General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)”,which further promoted the application and implementation of“student-based education” in high school biology teaching. This article uses literature research method, interview method and data analysis method to take Dalian 102 Middle School as an example to study the high school biology teaching strategy under the concept of "student-based education".First, the definition of the concept of student-based education, teaching, and learning is clarified, and the theoretical basis and basic concepts of student-based education are clearly defined.Second, using the teacher interview method, interviews and investigations are conducted on the biological teaching of the three classes in the first grade of high school.Problems in the teaching process are determined;Thirdly, design and construct high school biology teaching strategies under the concept of“bear-based education”;Finally, the practical results of high school biology teaching strategies are reflected through questionnaires and data analysis methods, and then some suggestions are put forward for the implementation of high school biology teaching strategies under the concept of “student-based education”.Through the research of this paper, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)There are three problems in the process of biology teaching in senior high school: teacher preparation, teaching process, and student learning activities. The design of teaching strategies should also consider these problems.(2)Under the concept of "student-based education",the design of high school biology teaching strategies should begin with threeaspects: creating a learning community, optimizing teaching methods, and transforming learning methods.(3)The teaching process of high school biology teaching strategy under the concept of "student based education" will divide the teaching process into four processes as follows: pre operation arousing interest, collecting data to explore independently, collecting data innovation thinking, and improving the ability of classroom display.(4)According to the proposed "benefit-based education" concept, the high school biology teaching strategy is practiced and the corresponding results are obtained: through the implementation of the teaching strategy, students' initiative in learning, enthusiasm in class discussions, and awareness of cooperation and competition are improved.Teachers can give students more full autonomy, inquiry and discussion space, and can allow them effectively ask questions;through comparative analysis of the mid-term and final exam results of Biology First Class of the six classes in Dalian 102 Middle School, the results indicate that the high school biology teaching strategy under the concept of "student-based education" presented in my paper is effective and can help students' learning enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
