Since the eighteen Party's Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping has mentioned cultural confidence on many occasions,which has lifted the spirit of the Chinese government and people.Education is also the basic carrier of transmission of national culture,and the fundamental way to improve national quality and promote the all-round development of human beings.We must attach importance to the development of national education and support confidence of culture with confidence of education.The basic education of Hui nationality is part of national education,which can not be ignored.In Changzhi,the local government created Tongle kindergarten and Yifu primary school in central area of Hui nationality.The education of Hui nationality is representative.Therefore,through theoretical knowledge of national pedagogy and a large number of field investigation,This article systematically examines the present situation of the basic education of Hui nationality in Changzhi.Combining the theory of ethnic Pedagogy,This paper deeply analyzes the problems and the reasons existing in the basic education of Hui nationality in Changzhi.And this paper tries to put forward some suggestions as a reference to promote the healthy development of the basic education of Hui nationality.The main frame of this paper is divided into six parts in addition to the references and appendix.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly discusses the reason of the topic,significance of the research,educational research of Hui nationality,research methods,basic concepts and investigated school involved in the text.The second part mainly summarized historical development process of Hui nationality in Changzhi.This discussed increase of surname population of Hui nationality,frequent economic activities and significant educational achievements in Changzhi.The third part introduces the local early childhood education and compulsory education schools of Hui nationality in detail.This part summarized gratifying achievements of basic education of Hui nationality in Changzhi.The educational consciousness,education level and cultural literacy of Hui nationality in Changzhi have been significantly improved.The fourth part,through analysis of collected data,analyzes problems and factors in basic education of Hui nationality.This reflects in educational policy,students,teachers,school management,external environment.The fifth part is reflections on the development of basic education of Hui nationality in Changzhi.Fist,this part analyzes the basic theories and viewpoints of basic education of Hui nationality to provide theoretical guidance for the study.Then,this part tries to put forward some suggestions for reference from the party and government,schools,families and society.As far as schools are concerned,it also expounds how to strengthen construction of education innovation from aspects of teachers,courses and management.The sixth part is the conclusion,on the one hand is to summarize contents of text,so that readers can have an overall grasp of text.The other is to put forward some thoughts and unsolved problems.On the basic education research of Hui nationality,there are no scholars specializing in the current situation of basic education of Hui nationality in Changzhi.Only some scholars have introduced the educational development of Hui nationality in Changzhi,but they have not analyzed it at a deep level.Through above several parts,this paper shows development of basic education of Hui nationality in Changzhi,and tries to sum up some experience of basic educational development of Hui nationality in this area.It provides some reference of basic education of Hui nationality in scattered and mixed areas,thus improving overall cultural quality of Chinese people.
