The rapid development of science and technology is gradually changing people’s way of lifeand thinking. With the popularization of computers and the Internet, a variety of moderneducational technology media and information resources have been introduced in schools, soteachers’ teaching methods and students’ learning modes have been changed. In this background,the informationized teaching arises at the historic moment and presents more and moreadvantages compared with the traditional teaching method. But the informationized teaching stillexists some problems. Therefore, studying informationized teaching of basic education,discovering the problems and proposing solutions are particularlyimportant.In this paper, by using literature research, questionnaire survey method, interview method,field observations and other methods,the author investigated from the infrastructure constructionsituation, resources construction, safeguard measures, teachers’ informationliteracy, and theimplementation and based on informationized teaching of basic educationin Shandong provinceas the research object. As a result of the Shandong province’s economy, there are imbalancesbetween different regions. Selecting seven cities of primaryand secondary schools as the objectof investigation,they are jinan, qingdao, taian, laiwu,rizhao, heze and dezhou. To understand thereal situation of the informationized teaching,the author through detailed analysis of the data andsummarized the general characteristics and differences of informationized teaching of basiceducation in Shandong province.Analysis of current problems of informationized teaching ofbasic education in Shandongprovince. Combining with the actual situation of shandong province,put forward the development countermeasures of informationized teaching of basic education inShandong province.This paper is divided into seven sections:The first part is an introduction. It mainly elaborated the paper selected topic reasonand thesignificance, research status and Study target, content, train of thought and research methods. The second part is the informationized teaching and its theoretical basis. It describes thebasic concept of informationized teaching, the elements of informationized teaching,characteristics and principles from the whole, and systematically expounds theinformationization teaching theories.The third part is an investigation of present developing situation of informationizedteaching of basic education in Shandong province. It expounds the aim, survey sampling, contentstructure of the questionnaire, survey method, the implementation of the investigation process aswell as the investigation content.The fourth part is the overall implementation.It is through the statistical analysis of surveydata, analyses the present developing situation of informationized teaching of basic education inShandong provinced and evaluates from seven aspects.they are hardware facilities equippedwith situation, software resources, teachers’ information technology teaching attitude and ability,students’ information skills level, the implementation,the effect of implementation and theinfluence factors.The fifth part is analyses the differences of informationized teaching of basic education inShandong province. By further analysis and analogy of survey data,it summed up the differencesbetween regions, between urban and rural areas,between period between intercollegiate inhardware conditions, software, management and appraisal system, implementation,implementation effects as well as the teachers and students information ability ofinformationized teaching of basic education in Shandong province.The sixth part points out the problems existing in informationized teaching of basiceducation in Shandong province.and put forward the development countermeasures.The seventh part is conclusion. It summarizes the main points of this paper and the researchconclusions, innovative points and points out that the research deficiency and the prospect forfurther research.
