In recent years,the development of education information has gradually deepened.Online teaching and mixed teaching have become the main forms of information-based teaching in many universities.Therefore,the Blackboard network teaching platform that supports online teaching or hybrid teaching has been widely used in many colleges and universities.The knowledge sharing behavior among learners ensures that the online learning platform is full of vigor and vitality,allowing learners to deepen their understanding of knowledge in the process of communication and interaction,promoting the transformation of knowledge,and then promote learners to solve learning problems and knowledge innovation,so that the knowledge sharing between online learners to a large extent affect the effectiveness and quality of online learning.At present,shared research on the knowledge of the network environment based on the Blackboard platform to carry out teaching practice has also achieved some results.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the study of knowledge-sharing influencing factors of learners in the network environment to improve the enthusiasm of learners to share knowledge on the e-learning platform and then improve their learning effects.This study aims to study the influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior in the Blackboard environment in order to promote the occurrence of platform students' knowledge sharing activities and provide strategies for the application of the platform.First,on the basis of the relevant literature,the author combines the environment characteristics of the online learning platform and the meaning of knowledge sharing,dividing the knowledge sharing behavior into three categories:simple browsing,topic initiation,and participation discussion.Based on this,the analysis of knowledge sharing Basic process,and build a knowledge sharing model in the Blackboard environment.Secondly,through combing and analyzing the relevant research results of the influencing factors of knowledge sharing at home and abroad,based on student interviews and expert consultations,the knowledge of college students under the Blackboard environment was extracted from the five dimensions of teachers,students,knowledge,cultural environment and technical environment.The 12 influencing factors shared were originally motivation for study,comprehension and expressiveness,self-efficacy,outcome expectations,perceived usefulness,motivation for learning,teacher participation,platform atmosphere,curriculum requirements,platform technology,knowledge attributes,topical interests Degree,constructing the model of influencing factors of undergraduates' knowledge sharing in Blackboard environment.And through the establishment of the structural equation model,the authors test the relationship between the influencing factors of college students'knowledge sharing and the behavior of sharing only in the Blackboard environment.Then,according to the teaching practice and research of this study,we propose the corresponding strategies for inspiring students' knowledge sharing under the support of Blackboard learning platform for the influencing factors of college students' knowledge sharing under the network environment.Finally,through the selection of some chapters in the "Introduction to Educational Technology" course of undergraduates in education technology,the implementation of the strategy is carried out.The analysis is conducted from the frequency of student visits to the discussion area and the analysis of the content of the discussion area to promote student knowledge.The conclusion of this study is that the student's knowledge sharing behavior on the Blackboard platform mainly includes initiating topics and participating in discussions in the discussion area.The factors that have a significant impact on knowledge sharing are divided into the learner level,the teacher level,the learning content level,and the platform.At the level of the technical environment and platform culture and environment,the specific topics mainly include learning motivation,understanding and expression skills,self-efficacy,outcome expectations,behavioral willingness,learning motivation,teacher participation,platform atmosphere,platform technology,knowledge attributes,and topic interest.Among them,eight factors such as learning motivation and self-efficacy have a significant impact on this knowledge-sharing behavior and a negative impact on self-efficacy.In the context of Blackboard,the greatest effect on the knowledge of college students is learning motivation,followed by teacher participation and the degree of interest in the topic;Strategies to promoting knowledge sharing can to a certain extent promote deeper knowledge sharing.
