| As a dormitory where college students rest and live,although it is the smallest group unit in colleges and universities,it is the place where college students spend the most time studying and communicating.According to the survey,college students spend nearly two-thirds of their time in dormitories,so good interpersonal relationships in dormitories are very important.This is a transitional period for college students from family to society.Therefore,the in-depth research on the relationship between college students and the dormitory will not only help to discover and improve the unhealthy interpersonal relationship problems in college dormitories,but also help college students’ physical and mental health,so as to better complete their studies and promote the healthy growth of college students.In order to further obtain the practical experience of social work involved in the integration of college students’ dormitory relationship,this article takes D colleges in Jilin Province as an example,uses case-based social work and other methods,and takes advantage of the perspective as the main theory.Starting from the issue of college student dormitory relationship integration,the case will be discussed.The host provides social work services to rectify the interpersonal relationship integration problem in the dormitory.The innovation of this article is to use the dominant perspective as the main social work theory to correct the problem of interpersonal relationship integration in college dormitories.The study found that the problem of college students’ dormitory relationship integration is not a psychological problem,but a problem of interpersonal communication and activity behavior,so it fits well with the application of the dominant perspective theory in social work.Anyone looking at problems from the perspective of advantages is that they can find their own advantages to face difficulties,solve problems,and achieve the goals they want.The advantage perspective believes that everyone has unexplored potential.Some people will show it when they have certain resources,while others will show it in a difficult situation.Social workers correct the problem of the client’s dormitory relationship integration through the application of a dominant perspective,so that the client no longer thinks that he is excluded and resists his classmates,and enhances the courage and confidence in dealing with difficulties in life.Through the intervention services of social workers,the client has recovered from the problem of interpersonal relationship integration in the dormitory,restored normal communication and learning skills,continuously improved self-affirmation and interpersonal skills,maintained a positive and optimistic attitude,and can complete university studies without distraction And life. |
