As a charter of the university,the university statue is the most effective normative document of the school,and it is the basis for other regulations.The right to learn and relief of the college students is an important part of the university statue,so as to explore the problems in the construction of university statutes in China.In order to further improve the specific contents of the university regulations,we should find out the reasons in the process of analyzing specific problems.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research status of the university constitution and the right to study,and expounds the research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part introduces the basic connotation and characteristics of the right to study in detail,discusses the relationship between the right of learning and the right of education,between the right of learning and the human rights,as well as the legal basis for the right to study,and the detailed description of the three aspects of the right to study,the right to study,the right to study and the enjoyment of the learning achievement.The third part concentrates on the analysis of the distribution and details of the specific articles in the articles of association of the 84 universities,and drawing the characteristics of the text of the right to study in the constitution of the University of our country,in order to analyze the problems and deficiencies in the guarantee of the right to study in the constitution of the University of China.The fourth part discusses the protection on the right to study of the foreign university constitution,and contrasts with the actual situation of the constitution of our country in the protection of the right to study,drawing on the useful experience of the construction of foreign articles of association,and promoting the formulation and improvement of the articles of association of our country.The fifth part,based on the above analysis,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the protection of the right to learn in our university statue.
