With the development of China's political economy,the preschool education is more attention,more and more needs to be highly educated high theory accomplishment of preschool teachers,secondary teachers in early childhood education in China plays an important role,especially in small towns and cities have a large number of secondary vocational teachers.Nowadays,the major of the junior college is basically the traditional teaching mode of the traditional vocational school:emphasizing the cultivation of professional skills and neglecting the study of theoretical courses.But young with other teachers and students of secondary vocational technical secondary school students,school young teachers and the students will be as a teacher,"learn Gao Weishi,body is for fan",as an example to the children,teachers must have good moral character and theoretical accomplishment,ability in daily education the subtle influence of conservation activities of infants,so improve secondary vocational teachers class on the theory of students autonomous learning ability is very important.Combining with self work reality,using the method of questionnaire and interview method,from the current situation of the secondary vocational teachers students'autonomous learning theory course began to investigate,for secondary vocational teachers students in theory explore the problems existing in the course of autonomous learning,analyzes the reason analysis,and put forward reasonable opinions and Suggestions,hoping to improve secondary vocational teachers awareness of autonomous learning theory course,strengthen the ability of autonomous learning theory course,improve their cultural literacy.The conclusions of the study are:1.The present situation of the secondary vocational teachers students autonomous learning theory course exists is:the lack of learning motivation,learning goal and the plan is not clear,not the correct use of study methods,self-monitoring,self assessment and self adjusting ability is poor.2.Lead to secondary vocational teachers students autonomous learning theory course this reason is:the present situation of insufficient recognition of the school,the teacher without good guidance,parents understanding insufficiency,the students theory class autonomous learning consciousness weak,the ability of autonomous learning.3.Put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the independent study of the students' theoretical courses from the internal and external factors.Internal factors include:to arouse students' interest in learning,and to strengthen the consciousness of self-learning of students' theoretical courses;Strengthen the cultivation of students' learning methods and learning habits;Teach students to reflect and learn to supervise themselves.External factors include:the school gradually optimizes the source and adjusts the curriculum;Strengthening cooperation in schools;Optimize the teaching of teachers.
