SelfRegulated Learning (SRL) is an important topic of contemporary education research. People must have the ability of SRL because of the rapid progress of science and technology. SRL is the main approach to solve current educations problem which the teachers are the center of teaching. SRL makes students immerse in the learning process and become the master of learning. The quality of secondary senior professional school's students decline in recent years. Many students are not confident and are devoid of impetus of making progress and learning enthusiasm. They can't take part in teaching and larning activity. We try to synthetically apply varatics of SRL strategy to make students embody their individual charactics and lead their learning initiatively . We try to charge the traditional teaching way -the teachers are used to explaining and the students are used to listening. This makes teachers be good at induct and students be willing to learn, be good at learning.The paper are mainly research the connotations, characters, psychological mechanism, infection factors, theoretics base of SRL. Then aiming at the problems in computer teaching of secondary school, we design and implement many inductive strategy of SRL. (1) Learning motive strategy. (2) Cognition learning strategy . (3)Self_monitor and self-estimate strategy. (4) teaching Strategy of SRL. This improve the students' self-efficiency sense , make they learn-to-know, exert the role of teachers' induction and students' initiative. This increases students' ability of participate in class and improves the quality of learning.We have discussed the roles, learning steps of SRL strategy in detail. We also give some notices which should be needed. It has some value for secondary school teachers to use for reference. We have discussed the relations between the ability of SRL and grade, the manner of SRL, the teachers' role in traditional teaching, teaching objective identity strategy, SRL and constructing class circumstance, building resource of SRL.
