With the deepening of national attention to primary and secondary school teachers,the development of teachers in the county has been paid more and more attention.How to promote the overall level of junior high school teachers in the county and give full play to the effectiveness of junior high school teachers in the county is the current focus.Improving the leadership of junior high school teachers in the county is conducive to strengthening the construction of junior high school teachers in the county,improving the professional development level of teachers,promoting school reform and revitalizing county education.This paper takes junior high school teachers in H province as the object to conduct a questionnaire survey,Combined with individual interviews,It is found that the average scores of junior high school teachers' leadership in all dimensions in H province and county are less than the theoretical average,It has not reached the ideal level,and there are some problems,such as unclear cognition of teachers' leadership concept,weak leadership awareness,poor initiative in academic research,weak ability to use data,insufficient cooperation with family and community,and insufficient professional advocacy.In terms of demographic factors,there are significant differences in different dimensions of junior high school teachers' leadership in counties due to different gender,position,teaching years and professional titles.According to the results of the survey,combined with interview materials,from the policy,schools,individual teachers in the county three levels of junior high school teachers leadership factors were analyzed.The lack of relevant policy support and the lack of teacher leadership training mechanism are the policy reasons that lead to the low level of junior high school teachers' leadership in the county;The lack of leadership ability and art of principals,the influence of school culture atmosphere on teachers' initiative and the restraint of school management system on teachers' creativity are the reasons for the low leadership level of junior high school teachers in the county;Teachers' uneven professional ability,affecting leadership willingness,teachers' lack of interpersonal communication ability,lack of relationship network,teachers' work pressure,lack of time to improve themselves and teachers' weak self-reflection consciousness,which hinder professional growth,are the personal reasons that lead to the low level of junior high school teachers' leadership in the county.In order to further improve the leadership level of junior high school teachers in the county,this paper suggests: at the policy level,teachers' leadership should be paid attention to and relevant policies should be formulated;Offer leadership courses and expand training channels.At the school level,principals should take the initiative to tap the potential of teachers' leadership;Establish a common vision and create a harmonious campus culture;Innovate the organizational system and expand the channels for teachers to participate;Empower all teachers and form a learning community.On the personal level,teachers should break down role barriers and cultivate positive leadership consciousness;Improve scientific research ability and broaden professional knowledge reserve;Promote home-school alliance and unite the educational forces of all parties;Break through communication barriers and create harmonious interpersonal relationships.
