Profound changes have taken place in the field of education in the information age.Educational informatization has provided a new environment and brought new challenges to all educators.Teachers play a main role in the process of educational informationization.With the development of school leadership theory,especially the influence of distributed leadership theory,scholars began to open up a new theoretical position,expanding their theoretical perspective from the information-based leadership of principals to the information-based leadership of teachers.However,compared with the practice,the theoretical research and application research on teachers' information-based leadership is not rich enough,especially in the field of elementary education.This study takes junior middle school teachers as the research object,and explores the informatization leadership of junior middle school teachers from two aspects of theory and practice.At the theoretical level,based on the summary of the existing research results,it is proposed that junior middle school teachers' informatization leadership is composed of basic elements and developmental elements,and the basic elements include teachers' information consciousness and information skills,the developmental factors include the teachers' ability to reform the information-based teaching,the influence of the information-based professional development and the leading ability of the information-based culture,the author holds that the development of teacher information-based leadership has the characteristics of hierarchy,stage and imbalance,and tries to construct the theoretical model and analysis framework of teacher information-based leadership.At the practical level,three representative junior middle schools in Z city are selected.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the basic elements of the information leadership of junior middle school teachers in Z city are basically in place,and the overall development elements need to be improved,influenced by multiple factors such as individuals and schools,there are some outstanding problems such as the structural imbalance of information consciousness,the level of information skills to be improved,the lack of innovative ability of information-based teaching,the lack of peer assistance in the development of information-based specialty and the insufficient participation in the construction of information-based cultural environment.Based on the problems existing in the informatization leadership of junior middle school teachers in Z city,and combining with the analysis of the causes,the study concludes that the state,local and school should actively create a good policy environment,give full play to the role of policy leading and promoting,and strengthen training,combining pre-service training,on-the-job training and life-long training to form an overall framework for training junior middle school teachers in information-based leadership;actively carrying out various information-based teaching,observation and evaluation activities,actively promoting the integration and innovation of information technology and education and teaching in practice;building a teaching and research community based on intra-school,inter-school and Internet space,deepening cooperation and mutual assistance;strengthening evaluation and encouragement,and forming a sound information environment and atmosphere;To construct the information-based leadership promotion mechanism of junior middle school teachers,which integrates policy,training,innovation,cooperation and motivation.
