The teacher is the direct execution of teaching activities.Teaching leadership of teachers is one of the many qualities that teachers must possess,it is not only related to the academic performance of students,but also related to the professional development of the teachers themselves,and even has an important impact on the teaching quality of the school.Therefore,the teaching leadership of teachers has a significant research value.With the continuous deepening of teaching reform,teaching leadership of teachers has attracted more and more attention of scholars.Taking the rural areas of Yangquan,Shanxi Province as an example,this study uses the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,investigates the current situation of teaching leadership of rural junior middle school teachers.And from four dimensions of teachers' teaching planning ability,teaching monitoring power,teaching influence power,teaching decision force,this paper analyzes the existing problems of teaching leadership in rural junior middle school teachers.In the aspect of teaching planning ability,the teaching design ability of rural junior middle school teachers is insufficient;In the aspect of teaching monitoring power,the management of classroom process is deficient;In terms of teaching influence power,the vitality of the classroom atmosphere is insufficient;In the aspect of teaching determination force,the ability of teaching strain is not strong.On this basis,it analyzes the influencing factors from the three main aspects of the educational administrative units,schools and teachers.It mainly comes down to the following aspects: The guidance and supervision of the educational administrative units to the rural junior middle schools is not in place.The guarantee mechanism of rural middle school is imperfect.Professional quality of the rural junior middle school teacher is deficient.Based on the above problems and their cause analysis,the countermeasures are put forward from the four dimensions of teaching leadership of teachers: First,by establishing the linkage platform of rural teachers' research and training,we can promote the rural teachers' overall clarity of teaching objectives,in-depth study of teaching material content,fully meet the needs of students' main needs,and enhance their teaching planning ability.Secondly,we should strengthen rural teachers' regional docking and communication,and promote rural teachers' comprehensive utilization of teaching resources,accumulate classroom management experience,and focus on students' classroom teaching feedback,so as to enhance their teaching monitoring ability.Thirdly,by promoting the professional development of rural teachers,it will stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for teaching,strengthen teachers' professional quality,establish harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and enhance their teaching influence.Fourthly,we should explore the way of rural teachers' multiple learning,so as to train teachers' psychological quality,enrich the experience of teaching tact,enhance their resilience and enhance their teaching decisiveness.
